That's good that the weight is dropping off nicely, hope it keeps on like that. I'm off the other way - either my scales are dickie, or I'm laying on some nice muscle I've got some lovely obliques - only problem is that I have to pull my stomach out of the way to see them - that'll have to get sorted before next year....or I could give a contemporary posing routine consisting of manually pulling flab out of the way to expose muscles...don't reckon I'd get any points tho'

Your spa weekend sounds like paradise - enjoy

Choco whey mixed into quark is delicious too - add a bit of water or skimmed milk so it's not too sticky - double whammy of prot too!

Hello Dahlings, I practically live in a health spa since my retirement from international swimwear modelling.

Look at me now Dahlings! Still in top condition,

Here is a tip on how to survive at the health spa Dahlings.

Be seductive Dahlings!

Champagne!!

I might try that one on my hubbie Elliot

Had a chest sess this afternoon with Ms Elfintan and then stayed to watch the guys squat under the supervision of Fat Pete. Pretty enjoyable afternoon. Shoulder not TOO bad on pressing but couldn't manage dips as even holding my bodyweight up was hurting a little. Had a wonderful rub down by Tan with not too much pain other than a couple of spots when I found my hands forming fists ready to thump her.

Elsa, I've had a on off problem with my left shoulder for years but recently hurt my right shoulder just by a simple movement whilst sat at my desk. I never had any problem last year after having a painful 2005. I saw a physio in 2005 who told me not to do upright rows. I stopped doing them and started them again this year and have had problems yet again. I shall no longer do them

LOL it's like telling a child not to touch a hot plate, you just have to try it for yourself to make sure No really... It's nothing more annoying than re-occuring problems. I hurt/twisted my knee over 10 years ago, and though treatment has been given, it has affected my whole left side and affects my workouts... the knee, lower back and shoulder

It's not landed yet. I got a mail yesterday saying it had been despatched but could take a couple of days to arrive. Might have been better getting it delivered to store so I could have gone today. Might not get it until Monday

Forgot to say official weigh in today and I'm now a total of 4.5lb down in 2 weeks. Still taking it relatively easy. I'm a little ahead of where I planned but considering I have to 3 nights away to contend with next week that might not last for long

LOL, the Wii fit is great but no piccies LOL especially of me attempting the yoga tree . The balance games are brilliant. Not worked a sweat up but I'm sure if I increase the levels and up the reps on some of the exercises I might just get a little flushed. Got a Wii fit age 4 years younger than I am so that will do for me

I hope you don't mind me asking - but what's your leg training consist of? What weight are you squatting now? I'm only up to 75kg on the deadlift - not too bad for a beginner and there's a little more to give. Still a LONG way off you and Tan tho'
