If the weight's going then you are doing something right Am looking forward to tomorrow. How's the shoulder holding out. Will we be able to do some pressing? No worries if you can't I'll just do some at the end or something.

We'll try it like we did benching last week, I'll start on a proper girlie weight (have you got pink fluffy dbs?). I've been able to do press ups with the Wii fit and it not hurt so I'm sure things are looking up but if I don't try it I'll never know. I think the non-alcohol is helping things move easily. I even had a pizza this weekend and a small tub of popcorn when we went the piccies . Saying that it was only a 9" where normally I'd go for 12 and force feed myself. I'm learning (about bloody time)

Kitty, it can't be as bad as my spaghetti arms bench press! Am still using baked bean cans a la Rosemary Conley's shapely ladies shape up plan. Am v jealous of both Tiramisu and Pizza Disclaimer: No offence to any ladies actually using said plan

ORIGINAL: ElfinTan We'll use the shoulder press then all we have to do is move the pin I didn't have to force my Tirimisu either Machine might be worse actually. I tried the hammer strength at ours and the partial restriction was right in the zone of pain. We can only but try

ORIGINAL: kitty Getting all excited about my break this weekend. Have also booked an Indian Head Massage too. We have 4 other treatments included and that MOT massage so should be a great pick me up. Tried to book more treatments but because we've left it so late there's not much room left for much else. Hubbie is also having a man's hand treatment. My weight is dropping off and I feel quite guilty as I don't feel like I'm making much effort at all yet. Just plodding on the treadmill in a morning and eating 5 meals per day and often replacing one of those with a protein bar. I'm not complaining as I know it will get tougher as time goes on but at least I'm still easily achieving my target. Trained back today and decided not to do deadlifts for a change and did loads of cable rowing work instead. Usually when I train my back I stretch my lats out a lot but today I didn't stretch the whole way out and tried to concentrate the movement to the inner part of my back as I feel I need a little more depth there. I'm going to play on the Wii fit later as I've not done any today, it is very addictive I have to say What a wonderful post ! You'll love the Indian Head Massage .. it's sooo relaxing and lovely.

Then came back a few minutes later and repeated himself I was doing one arm rows this morning with the 26kg's and was thinking how the hell you manage - hat off to ya'

Welshy, I'm actually qualified to do Indian Head, I've just never done it since I passed my course. Was doing it to pass time when I got made redundant. LOL NDB, I'm not that strong, Tan has more umph than I Flick, I don't have a weekly cheat when I start seriously on the diet. I usually eat out but stick to the diet and that's a cheat enough for me. I only have one when Les allows

Army warmies at the gym today. Actually enjoyed doing bi's and tri's together. Supersetted skull crushes with body drag curls, then supersetted close grip bench with drag curls, onto single arm cable curls supersetted with single arm pushdowns then some overhead curls followed by reverse grip pushdowns. See it this makes anything sprout Off to do my packing soon for my pampering weekend. Shall be leaving approx 11am tomorrow, getting train to Brum to meet hubbie and we're driving from there. Already chilling out as I type Oh forgot to say that I found some cat spray in the house yesterday (well the dog did) so I came to realise I'm having a little visitor at night. I locked the cat flap to let the cat in but not out and knowing that my cat wakes me up when he wants to go out I knew I could get up to do so. Anyhooo, he decides to do this at 3am this morning and a I walk into the sunroom he spits and growls and head butts the cat flap. I tried to pull him out of the way to unlock the flap and looked towards my treadmill to see these eys staring back at me, scared me to death but the other cat that's been sneaking in was sat there large as life!! So in a nice neighbourly way I gave it a telling off and shooed it out the house. Hoping it's been sufficiently frightened off now not to come back in

ORIGINAL: kitty Actually enjoyed doing bi's and tri's together. I like doing my arms all at once sometimes too, they feel nice and big afterwards and it really tires me out. I try to vary how I do my arms so my routine is always different, e.g. one week I might do tris with shoulders and bis with back like push/pull days, one week I'll do bis and tris together, then another week I'll do bis with shoulders and tris with back so they're kind of getting hit twice in a week. Variety is the spice of life and all that.

NDB, just you stick to those priorities. I think you will find the exams a breeze especially if they're the multiple choice ones. I do remember not revising much for mine and still getting top score in the group . When it's something you're interested in it's so much more fun to learn, thing is too, I knew a lot of the stuff already it was just learning how to put it across how it has to be for the course
