Thanks. Bloody funny week has arrived so got a bit of cramp, how nice to know I have 2 hours to sit on a virgin train in this condition but I'm sure it'll all be worth it in the end. I shall have iphone with me so may be popping in between my rubs

Oh, I went to take my photos this morning and the battery was dead in the camera so it's possibly going to be next Thursday before I have a chance which by then will be about my 4th week so hoping to see some decent changes.

LOL, the Wii fit is great but no piccies LOL especially of me attempting the yoga tree . The balance games are brilliant. Not worked a sweat up but I'm sure if I increase the levels and up the reps on some of the exercises I might just get a little flushed. Got a Wii fit age 4 years younger than I am so that will do for me

fantastic. I have to wait till july before stock will be replenished . Oh well will have to make do with GTA4 Not the same I guess Nintendo vs Wii

Fab weekend thank you. Just been catching up on a few journals this morning but not much time to post as I have a couple of customers due and then I'm out on a ocupld of errands and then off to pick my doggie back up from her holidays. Will tell all and post in journals later.

CD, was lovely to see the improvements you've made and I couldn't wait until today to comment about it and of course I'll be more than happy to help you on Sunday. Truds will be there too and she's good and will hopefully be able to fill you in on the T walk.

JP, you've missed nothing my dear especially comps, I would shame myself in a bikini at the moment

S41NT, can't believe they've sold out already!! Sure it'll be worth the wait though.

Well we've had an absolutely super weekend. Got there at a decent hour on Friday to spend sometime in the gym. We had a suite for the first two nights which had a huge balcony. Lounge downstairs and stunning bathroom and big bedroom upstairs. Brekkie was served in your room every morning which was nice. I was up at 7am each morning and in the gym for 7.30 on the cross trainer (no steppers).

Saturday's agenda: cardio, brekkie, chilled in room for 90mins, lunch, MOT massage (hurt like hell and bent my legs and arms at angles I never thought they could reach, stiffened up badly that night and ended up full of pressure urticaria especially on the arms), afternoon spent in the various themes of steam rooms (different scent, noises, light effects in each one), jacuzzi and water massage jets.

Sunday: cardio, brekkie, Indian head massage, chilled in room, lunch, exfoliation with shoulder and back massage, more cardio, steam rooms, reflexology (this was wonderful and much better than I thought it would have been)

Monday: cardio, brekkie, scalp massage, energy massage (a full body massage combined with reiki), facial, lunch, and home

I've managed to put on 3lb in 3 days . I had just two glasses of champagne of Sunday night, enjoyed the first one, not so much the second one and felt like I was drinking more to keep hubbie quiet than for the enjoyment. He kept raising his glass to say cheers as though he wanted me to drink faster. Didn't feel tempted one little bit to have a drink and could quite easily have gone without. I am not counting those glasses as breaking my drinking as I planned them from the beginning so as far as I'm concerned I'm still a sober person

Hubbie nearly fell asleep at the wheel on the way home he was that zonked.

Spent loads of money but was worthwhile

Flick, I know it will be off in no time, just not nice seeing it as you know.

Chrissie, the reflexology was pretty spooky as the woman asked me after if I had anything wrong with my chest, my reproductive system and my left shoulder. Um, I'm mildly asthmatic, I was on a period and my left shoulder is the one that's been sore for longer!! I then started to play devil's advocate and wondered where she might have picked up this information.....now my asthma was mentioned on my pre-treatment form and I think all therapists get to see this as another one asked me about my thumb op. My shoulder could have been picked up if the therapists fill in any post treatment forms as the guy in the MOT massage will have picked that up....as for being on a period......don't tell me they get the cleaners to check the sanitory disposals

Hey :) Sounds like you've had a chance to try out a lot of things there. Sounds amazing
Had to laugh of your last comment there though. I would have been stunned and amazed and bought everything she'd advised my too. I'm so naive I'm at the verge of being gullible

I'd be knackered after all that Seriously, sounds like you had a wonderful time!
Only two glasses of champers? Yes, you're deffo still sober You said way back that you'd celebrate with a couple of glasses. You don't need to be absoloutly tee-total, just as long as the habit thing doesn't start up again. If there would have been some premium cider in the house yesterday, I'd have had a glass - hubby offered to go out and buy some - but I think I'll wait until after the gym exam in Chorley to celebrate

Kitty - Reflexology is one othose 'funny' techniques that you either 'get' or you don't! I have always found it very helpfull for certain things. And a good therapist would not necessarily need to rummage in the bins! I think they read the body very well and the really good ones can usually tell if you have ongoing problems just by looking at you!

If they took a look at me now they would say I was in need of a decent meal!!!!

Am looking forward to a glass of wine myself on friday night!

Hi Kitty, just popping in to see how your diet was going. Sounds like a fab weekend, very jealous!
Does your wii fit groan at you if you put weight on? Think pictures of the yoga poses would definately pull in some traffic!
I try and do some so I know how ridiculous they look, specially if you are in a studio with mirrors - reflection of yourself with legs akimbo and head between legs definately not a good look!

So many girls having diets through James and doing comps means more work for me so less time to post! Will try and keep popping in though!
