Chrissie, don't apologise for that buzz you were feeling CD, was lovely to be able to help you out today and see the tremendous progress you have made since I last saw you. Just remember what we said and you'll be ready . Don't know about you but mine and Tania's legs started seizing up whilst we were at the show this afternoon

Elsa, all's going well thank you. I have until October for the BNBF finals but I am half contemplating doing a small comp as a warm up about 4 weeks before hand. Shall see how diet goes though before I decide on that.

All's well thank you I managed the stepper fine this morning and think it got my legs working well again. Couldn't decide whether to have a rest day or not today but forced myself to the gym to do shoulders. Finally feel I've got the diet back as it should be today (was a little hard last week having the weekend break)

Hey up Having a real energy drain at the mo' - must be something in the air coz the gym was deserted again today and I just stuck to high reps again - after 30mins unfuelled run at home. Have decided that some of the blub has to go, so am taking James advice on that, because it doesn't go hand in hand with a bulk. But, I can't fit into my motorbike gear or any summer clothes so the blub has to go Will you be in your gym on 16th - 18th? Maybe we could have a little meet up when I've finished? Great that your shoulder seems to be okay now

Twas luverly to see you yesterday Dawn. My exhaust fell off on the way home (I'm sure my car does these things on purpose to wind me up!) but as long as that gets sorted on Wednesday (as it's meant to be, touch wood!) I should be able to make Pendle too. Fingers crossed!!

NDB, I am hoping to go to a comp on Saturday, not sure whether going for the whole day or just the prejudge yet (shall see what Elfs doing too). I should be able to pop round on Sunday. I didn't realise when you mentioned this a couple of weeks ago it clashed with the comp. Not to worry, we shall defo make sure we can get some time together Maybe if you're confident enough to have Saturday night off swatting you can come along Legs are ok ish for me now, think the stepper yesterday sorted them out. TT, was lovely to see you and your Mum,didn't realise until you were leaving that I didn't know your Mums name as I just kept calling her 'Mum' . Hair do suits you and you looked all lovely and girlie summery.....not like me with cardie and baggy pants with boots Right off to take dog to get sheared now and then have a busy day.....how dare customers make appointments in this weather

And mum probably doesn't mind being called mum but it's Angela! Sorry, thought I'd introduced her properly!!

Hi there Kitty just wondering as in my last 4 weeks before the quaifier would you normally alter your training ie the numbers of reps and sets or would you leave it as it was, i'm still needing to get a bit of FAT off, any advice?

Caz, I like to stick as heavy as possible for as long as possible to be honest. In '05 I was doing 4 sets for each exercise with the final set being half the weight of the first set and 20 reps. It was a killer. I didn't do this last year and feel I came in even better. Get the fat off with the diet and cardio. How much cardio are you doing and what?

Hey up Thanks for the offer to go to the comp. It's the practical assessment on Sunday - the one I'm dreading incase I have a memory blank so I think I'll just chill out and have an early night. The written paper is on Saturday - I'm confident with that one. I'll be finished by 5.30 on Sunday, so if you email me your mobile I'll give you a ring and see if we can get together, if that's okay with you?

NDB, the practical is the easiest bit believe me. Do you know what time you're on? (It can't take all day). I'll get your number from Tania on Thursday and text you.

Rather than keep ordering new bikini tops why don't you look at the false boob cups things you can buy and sew them in. You could try swaping the treadmill for the stepper other than that doesn't sound bad. Diet wise I'd cut out the fruit if you need to drop anything.

Don't know what time I'm on, but I'll call you as soon as I've done and can drive to wherever you are. That's a relief to hear the practical is the easiest bit. The guy that did the phone whatdyamacallit last week said I'd have no probs with the written test, I got everything right that he asked, so I'm confident there. I think it's because it means a lot to me and I really want to work as a PT that I'm a little nervous. Unlike O.U exams that I wasn't that bothered about and ended up passing with very little revision Just had a calamity with the hair dye - turned out ginger guess it's gonna be a number one for Chorley
