WOOOHOOOOOO KITTY'S DONE 90 MINS ON THE TREADMILL THIS MORNING

60 mins at a moderate pace uphill and 30 mins on flat. Was reading a good book and didn;t want to put it down, had to force myself off and onto the shower

am looking forward to reading this journal. Good that you've got that kick in the arse that you've wanted concerning your training!
Good luck and hope all goes well

A second achievement today and nothing to do with training but I've finished my assignment

Got another one to do now and will have another one by the end of next week

In the meantime, I'm going to have a great day tomorrow having a good rest with no pressurising thoughts of getting my work done

Very much so. You could have put money on it. It's one of the few benefits of having a very small brain

Hey Kitty, this is the first time I've read your journal and have really enjoyed it and I'll be coming back to see how your doing. Your physique at the BNBF finals looks awesome! It would be good to see starting pictures this time round. I wish you luck and hope you reach your goals. I've got a hell of a lot of cutting to do and know how hard it is to stay eating clean but you've just got to keep thinking positive. This journal gives me a lot of motivation and inspiration to keep on track. Thanks.

Thanks KS

Another great day today knowing I'd no pressure of getting the assignment done. (just the sodding housework....but hey, that's extra cardio with a purpose )

Up 7.30 (oops bit late again)

Scoop Whey and 10g glutamine

8.30 gym Chest and Biceps

Dips, incline DB press, incline flies

EZ BB curls
DB curls

10g BCAA

9.30 40 mins on treadmill

10.20 25g each whey, oats, raisins

12.15 baked spud with tin tuna, Udos

15.30 scoop whey and rice cake

17.30 60 mins treadmill

19.30 baked spud and cottage cheese

Wanted to put down my diet today as I think that's a bit poo . I couldn't be bothered to cook anything tonight so I was being pure lazy. I have pulled some nice prawns out the freezer to nibble on later, had no veg . However, good day training and head wise. Got a nice clean house too

Thanks

Thought it would do me good to post it up as I've been eating similar and then I wonder why I'm not losing my weight in addtion to not doing the CV. I can't lie for toffee even on-line so I thought it would shame me into eating better

Executive decision made today . I'm going to do my legs when I go to Uni tomorrow as they have a tush m/c so I intend to do smith m/c squats and lunges (I don't like their bar as it's not fully rounded and I need a manta ray for my neck due to pressure urticaria, a towel on the smith is usually fine on the smith but not a bar......or I'm just being a wimp ), and the glute machine.

hey kitty love the journal. As i live about 5 mins away from the uni, i went there the other day for the open day. The gym looked awesome tbh, is that open to the public, do you know?? Also the swimming pool is pretty good too.

No, it's staff and students only. The dumbbells are a bit poor, bad increments. Not even looked at the pool
