All done on gymnastic rings, all difficult. Fun schtuff!

seen that pics in the genral forum Sly, thats some good woork and alot of effort there. you look an awful lot tighter in the second pics in all areas well done.

feeling pretty ill today. Had lost my voice for a few days and now I am having trouble taking deep breaths without coughing so I think squatting is out of the question. Will see how I feel tomorrow.

argh! Worst workout in quite some time. Lost all desire to lift after I failed. Still getting over being sick I suppose.

Might be time for a routine change, maybe a little more hypertrophy focused, my strength has stopped going up lately.

Bench- x5 115, 135, 155, 185 210x1
Seated Barbell Military Press- 3x10 @ 95 lbs (+5 lbs)
Skull Crushers- 3x10 @ 50 lbs (+5 lbs)

True, but I should have gotten it more than once. I used to bench 275 lbs for a 1 rep max.

Argh! Failed AGAIN!!!

Deadlift-135, 185, 225, 295 lbs x5 couldn't get 335 off of the floor!!!
Pullups- 3x8 @ bodyweight (try for 3x10 next time)
BO ROWs- 3x10 @ 115 lbs (stay, form was a little iffy)
Straight Bar Curls- @ 65 lbs 10, 8 (stay)

Note- I have failed on all my 5rm attempts this time, I guess it is down to my long term calorie restriction. I am going to the beach for 5 days on Sunday, so when I get back I will up my calories by 500 to see what happens.

Time: 64 minutes

Note- This on was really really tough! I increased my calories today from 2300 to 2800 to begin a leanish bulk, remaining under 15% (according to my calipers). Also, if I fail on my lifts next week I will look for a routine change.
