Comments Ok, since three days are not going to change the world, here is a brief summary of what is changed after four weeks of training. The following are the difference in the weights used on heavy days. A 5kg increase on bench normally is nothing noticeable, I know, but keep in mind that I was on a hypocaloric diet. Bench +5kg Incline +2.5kg Straight Arms Pulldown +5kg High Pulley +2kg DB Bench +6kg Pullups +6kg Flies +2kg Dips +8kg EZ Curl +2.5kg Squat +10kg Seated Leg Curl +4kg SLDL +10kg Single leg squat +10kg I've noticed great increase in strength on the circuit training, where my Incline DB bench went up of 6kg, same for DB shoulder press and a lot of other exercises (give a look throughout my log and see). Body weight isn't changed drammatically, but it seems I've lost a fair share of fat, since I've dropped almost 2cm on my waist. A more in depth review will come in the next day, with new pics.

Final Comments: The first thing I noticed as soon as I started HX2, it was the quality of sleep. since day 1, I woke up very refreshed, sleep is definitely improved and so it is recover. Even with a few hour of sleep, energy was always through the roof, you seem to never get tired, even in the gym. Since day 4, HX2 kicked in and I started to increase the weight used in most exercises. During week 1, I noticed a little increase of libido, but soon got back to normal. Starting week 2, I started feeling like a continuous pump. This feeling went on all week 2, and faded a bit in week 3 and 4. Nothing special to say about week 3 and 4. Everything has been pretty much the same since HX2 kicked in: energy level always high, weight or reps increase in almost every exercise, no libido drop nor peak, just a couple of spots on my back. So, is this HX2 the magic bean everybody is looking for to pack on muscle while reading the newspaper? No way! Is it a good supplements for those who train hard, that will help you to gain something more? Definitely! I don't know how HX2 works on a bulk, but I bet it will work just as good as on a cut. I am skeptical by nature, so when I started, I was thinking that was not going to do anything, so there's no chance that the strength gains came from the placebo effect. My opinion is that HX2 is a great supp to use on a cut, keeps energy levels high (even on zero carbs day and 1700Cals) allowing to push harder, optimizing fat loss and helping to keep your hard gained muscles. Will I use other AX products in the future? Probably I will go for MassFX as soon as I start to bulk again. Obviously I will take some pics (probably tomorrow). You'll see and decide by yourself if it's everything in my mind.

Last week I had the flu, I thought to be back to 100%, but I'm not. Today I felt a bit tired in the gym, managed to train back decently, though. Next week I'm going to change my routine, I'm going back to a 5x5 on compound lift and add some other isolation exercise. Mon: back/biceps Wed: chest/triceps/shoulder Fri: legs There's gonna be cardio also, 3/4 sessions a week. I'm going to keep calories and water intake as high as possible. Supps: Epi , ZMA, milk thistle, taurine, ALA, JW (in PCT). I'll keep clom at hand, just in case I'm planning to go on with the pulse for 8 weeks.

Today I've checked my measurement... I won't write it down, too ridiculous. Weight is 79kg, I've lost almost 3kg because of the flu. Diet My breakfast is more or less always the same: 600/700ml PS milk, 60/80g oats, 30g peanut butter, cocoa, banana (approx 800Cals, 35g pro, 25g fat, 100g carbs). Snacks: tuna, cottage cheese, yogurt, milk, oats, rice, rye bread, fruit and vegetables. Lunch/Dinner: fish, chicken, steak, eggs, pasta, potatoes and lot of vegetables. I'll try to write my diet day by day. Training Monday: Back/Biceps DL 5*5 BB Row 4*6 Pull ups 4*max Seated Row 4*8 5 sets of chin ups (4/6 reps) superset with incline dumbbell curls (8/10 reps) Wednesday Bench Press 5*5 Incline DB 4*6/8 Cable standing fly 4*8 Dips 4*max 5 sets of skullcrusher (4/6 reps) superset with rope pulldown (8/10 reps) Military press 4*6/8 3 sets of lateral raise/front raise/rear lateral raise supersetted (8/10 reps) Friday: Legs Squat 5*5 Leg press4*8/10 Hack squat superset Leg ext 3*6+12 SLDL 4*6/8 Good Morning 4*6/8 Standing calves 3*10/12 Sled 45° Calf Press 3*10/12 Stretching every day, abs on Monday and Friday. Any suggestion is appreciated
