Rest day The night shift kills me and kills my diet. Went to sleep at 7.00, woke up at 13.00, no breakfast apart from some whey with milk before going to bed. I have DOMS everywhere.

I tweaked a bit my routine: Monday: Back/Biceps DL 5*5 BB Row 4*6 Pull ups 4*max 5 sets of chin ups (4/6 reps) superset with incline dumbbell curls (8/10 reps) Wednesday Bench Press 5*5 Incline DB 4*6/8 Dips 4*max 5 sets of skullcrusher (4/6 reps) superset with rope pulldown (8/10 reps) Friday: Legs Squat 5*5 Hack squat superset Leg ext 3*6+12 SLDL 4*6/8 Standing calves 3*10/12 alternate with Sled 45° Calf Press 3*10/12 Military press 4*6/8 3 sets of lateral raise/rear lateral raise supersetted (8/10 reps) I was thinking about moving biceps on chest day and triceps on back day, so I can squeeze them better and train every muscle two times (one day directly, one indirectly). What do you think?

Today cardio, 40 minutes (yesterday I've done 15 minutes while I was waiting for my missus to finish her aerobic class). 20 minutes on the treadmill, 10 mins elliptical, 10 mins cardio wave... boooooooring, my mp3 player saved my life Diet is always pretty clean. Still no cheat meals for now.

Hey - how's it going? Good to see you doing your journal again. All the info you had on Hx2 was really clear. You're looking good on it too. Are you going to do pct with your cycle? I read on ihawks website that you don't have to with a pulse....

Until now I feel nothing at all, I don't feel stronger (I'm weak ) and I don't feel like I'm gaining more than before starting Epi. Maybe it will took a bit more to kick in... if it ever will. Calories are still a bit over 4000/day, water intake is 4+ liters (and 1.5/2 liters of milk every day).

Weight today is 80.6kg. I'm doing something terribly wrong, or something terribly right The fact is that last week end I was a bit heavier (81.3kg), I know that a lot of it can be water and I don't think that the little bit of cardio I've done in the week had stripped away that much fat. Another fact is that a lot of people at work (mostly female colleagues ) told me that I look bigger... and my wife keeps telling that I look pretty much the same I hate her DOMS are getting better, knees are a bit sore. I'm going to introduce glutamine (5g/day) to try and help recovery. No sides, yet.
