Rest day

Today no training, no cardio. I've worked on my Burgman, I've changed the engine oil, checked the rear brake and changed the brake pads in the front one.
Next week I want to try the Bleep Test (more info here). I'm going to do every test... well, maybe not the swimming one
Diet is going fine, I'll try to increase the calories by adding more good fat.

Diet today:

Enough with weighing the food. More or less I know how much I'm eating without using the scales.
If my weight goes up too fast, I will eat a little less... and vice versa.

07.30: smoothie with PS milk, banana, oats, PB, cocoa
10.30: nothing
PWO: whey in water
13.00: pasta with tuna, salad with walnut and chips of parmigiano cheese (dressed with EVO oil)
15.30: smoothie with PS milk, banana, PB, oats
18.00: hardboiled eggs, broccoli, ww bread
21.00: salad with walnut and chips of parmigiano cheese, tuna, ww bread
23.45: ps Milk

Training today:

Epi, 40mg.

DL: 5x5 150kg 5/5/5/4,5/3 (+10kg)
BB Row: 4x6 100kg 6/6/6/6 (same weight, more reps)
Pull up: BW 12/8/7 (more reps)

Skullcrusher superset with Pulldown: 4x(4/6)+(8/10) 35kg+37.5kg 11+10 / 37.5kg+37.5kg 11+8 / 40kg+35kg 7+8 / 7+7 / 6+7 (slight increase in weight)

DL were heeeeavy (yeah, I know, for a lot of people here this is only a warm up), at the end of the session I was really drained. Next week I'm aiming to complete the 5 reps in all 5 sets.

Taking the bleep test after a DL session is NOT the smartest thing to do. Anyway, since I'm stupid, I tried the bleep test right now. My legs are DOMSy from yesterday 'heavy' DL session, they started aching badly from Level 5. I've managed to reach only Level 7 Shuttle 3 . I know I can do far better than this and I'm going to try again on Sunday.

13.00: pasta with spinach, lean pork steak
15.00: smoothie with PS milk, banana, oats, PB, cocoa

Diet today is going to be a bit crappy... at least after 15.00. I'm going to see The Cure, today they are live in Rome It's going to be a great concert, 3+ hours of great music.

Training today:

Epistane: 40mg

Squat: 5x5 125kg +5kg

Psyched up by: Down - NOLA

Comments

Added 5g of gluta + 5g of taurine ppwo, let's see if it helps with DOMS.

Third week into my Epistane pulse, still feeling nothing at all. Got some more comments from my female colleagues at work, the general consensus is that I look 'wider'... obviously my wife still say that 'I look the same'
Sides: libido dropped a bit, I'm using horny goat weed (bought fromMP)... don't laugh, please
It taste like sh*t and is doing nothing. Any advice?
Calories are still over 4000/day, water intake is 4+ liters (and 1.5/2 liters of milk every day).

What a Great concert! More than 3 hours of great music, with a perfect Robert Smith. They played a lot of old songs like 10.15 saturday night, Killing an arab, Boys don't cry, Hot! Hot! Hot!... Wow!

Still without internet at home.

The addition of gluta and taurine (5+5g) is working, my recovery has definitely improved.
I've tried again the bleep test, scoring a level 10 shuttle 2... and I'm going to do better than this
Weight today is 80.6kg

Skullcrusher superset with Pulldown: 4x(4/6)+(8/10) 40kg+37.5kg 10+10/8+7/8+8/9+7/7+7

Today was a total disaster! I'm sleeping like sh*t, I feel drained. I wake up and I feel tired. I'm on the verge of a grinding halt. Today I've manged to do only 30mins of cardio... when it was supposed to be my legs day I hope things will get better for Monday, I don't want to waste another training session.

Hi mate, glad to see you've managed some more sleep. I get a half hour - 45 min walk outdoors every evening, that fresh air makes a big difference for getting a good sleep as my job is either indoors or in the car most of the time.

Many swear by tribulus for libido improvement, never tried it myself but have bought some biotest tribex for whenever I next run epi as it is a real libido killer.

Thanks m8. Things are getting better, still have problems at work (big changes floating in the air), but I managed to take it easy.

Killer DOMS EVER! I've trained legs on Friday and they're still aching today! I can barely walk, climbing the stairs is really a pain and my calves are killing me! Gluta is not helping this time. Had a lot of food and rest (today gym is closed, so I have one extra day to rest) and stretching... ARGH!
