Got a copy of this book and its a serious wealth of information for anybody training. The beauty of it is the way its written that you can either use specific sections for the type of training you are doing, or if you are undertaking real serious training all the sections work together and relate to each other as a complete package. A great training friend.

It really is a good read and I find the cycles suggested in it a little different to the usual ones on here. Thinking of trying one of the multi stack ones after my current cycle and will post it on here and see what more experienced people think first.

Ordered a couple of days ago and looking forward to checking this out  , although when ordering could'nt actually see anywhere to put address details in ect , i'm hoping this was information will be obtained though pay pal which was the payment method , does anyone know if this is the case ?
