Its just as Weeman said get the first lot off is the hardest and after that you start to notice differences every 2-3 lbs you lose i still have quite a bit to lose somewhere between 9 & 11 lbs so still a long way to go. Hopefully i wont be s******g myself to be seen at the NABBA Scotland or ill hide in a dark corner lol but determined to get to the weight i want for going on holiday.

Plan to see another 8-10 lbs go bye bye and then start to lean bulk and possibly start a cycle round about the end of the year.

By using HIT for the last 2 weeks and will for the next 3-4 weeks cause i want to give my muscles a bit of a difference in training so that they,ll keep growing i was finding that even if i aised the weight that the routine im normally using wasnt taxing me to the intensity i was wanting so after talking to a couple of guys and doing some research i decided that i may have been becoming used to what im doing and it was time to throw in a new wrinkle for a few weeks so we,ll have to wait and see.

Ive been stepping things up so hard that my quads are still sore after training them on Tuesday and my arms feel like rubber bands after Tri,s tonight its a good thing tomorrow is a rest day but with the sunny weather and two very active girls plus my wife to care for it isnt going to be relaxing..oh well

I will!!, Oldest is at school and my wife and youngest are away for the day shopping with the mother-in-law so she,s of some use for things so ive got the house to myself in total complete silence so im gonna take the dog for a good walk for cardio as my legs buckled on me yesterday when i tried the treadmill

Quick Update: Cut still progressing at planned speed, cardio 4x weekly for 35 mins and 1 bodypart per session with weight under 13st at last weigh-in, all in all going very well just keeping my head down and getting on with it.

Quads using dropsets with last two sets to failure. Warm Up. 2x15 at 60kg. 20 reps at 230kg. 15 reps at 200kg. 12 reps at 150kg. Failure at 125 kg. Failure at 100 kg. Leg Extensions. 1x15 at 50 kg. 1x10 at 55kg. 1x8 at 60 kg. 45 secs rest between sets on all exercises. SEVERE URGE TO PUKE THROWN IN FREE!!
