Hi Colin I honestly think you look good in those pics mate, it's difficult to compare them to the others you posted from when you were in the gym though, you had a vest on.

Trained chest today and im dropping the rest time between sets and supersetting to shock the muscles again. Diet seems to be biting but here,s the laugh the scales say im gaining weight but my clothes and my weight belt says otherwise! when i bulked i was in 36" waist but they would fall off me now as i can slip out of my 34",s no problem without opening them, 8 weeks ago i was using the third set of holes on my belt go into the gym today and im on the fifth! so whatever im doing seems to be working. But the high point of my day was watching one of the guys (NABBA CLASS 1) leg pressing just under 1300lbs for 6 reps! just makes you think how far youll go to acheive your goals

I would say a similar size and shape to where I was about 5 - 6 weeks into this cut. It will be good to see what you look like in about 4 weeks. Are you still losing at about a pound a week? How is the cardio?

Could be more or less threw the scales out about 2 weeks ago but im losing peeing for Scotland at the mo lol, one of the guys at the gym who helps me out ( former Mr Scotland) said ive more defined but im also on the 5th hole on my weight belt and ive never been past the third. so ill wait about another four weeks and take more pics.

Weight still coming off like nobodies business and beleive it or not my strength levels are holding pretty well in that ive done new PB,s but thats by the way my diet is so clean now it squeaks with no diary, bread or pasta products and my rice cut to 50g brown rice at my main meal, water intake is at 5 litres per day and 3-4 tins of tuna per day but still feeling very positive about the whole thing and focused on getting what i want.

40 mins cardio and getting a bit run down today, it could be anything but probably just a little low on carbs but not a lot i can do about it.

Feeling the same again today but we,ve got a lot going on at the moment and it may be starting to intrude on my mind whilst im training so got on with it and trained chest hard and heavy with dropsets as i feel its time to use other ways of shocking the muscle as it may have become complacent. i think im going to have to look at a new method of training my triceps as i feel their lagging and i need to add size to them.

Totally changed the volume,intensity & routine for Tri,s and i feel that DOMS back today with a vengeance also got a few things out of the way so thats cleared my mind somewhat but ill see if the prgression over the next few weeks is what im looking for.

Absolutely hammered Delts with one warm up and one max weight sets and i feel like ive been carrying bags of wet sand all day, i think this is what i was needing it that im in the midst of changing all my training regime to give my body a shock and get it moving again.

Weight as of 23/04/08 is 12st 11lbs so quite chuffed with that so getting closer to target.

righ first off nice transition from being a bit porky to loking trim, all seem to be falling into place what days suit you? monday 12th may or monday 26th im free and also at weekends, as i know its a bit of a treck for yourself! yes i am, im hoping to go to a few more, there is one in glasgow and one in paisley are you
