I have have recently just trieed MP arginine ethyl ester, was intrested to see how well they worked, I got a pump in arms which was boarderline extreme, basically after my set my arms almost went numb and couldnt really move them much, so no dount in my mind arginine ethyl ester works very well pump wise.

I havent tried the NO capsules but may give it a go at some point, I order 200g in total of Argine EE, took 5g serving pre working-have since been told that this is quite a lot and only 2g is needed so I might play around with the dosgaes, I plan on trying a few other amino acids added to the mix at some point also, prob build up to the Ogasi stack which is mentioned a fair bit lately.

I thought Arginine was a bad thing because it encouraged the release of prolactin which can curb testosterone release?

''Also of note, prolactin increased by an average of 75%. This hormone is associated with decreased Testosterone (7)! What’s really scary is that a mere five grams of arginine consumed during exercise actually decreased the resistance exercise-induced increase in GH output (24)!

The bottom line is that you can forget about arginine and GH stimulation, despite what the advertisements try to tell you.''
