Just a bit of clarity, you said as with all drugs taking more is always more effect? Not true, most drugs have a window of effectiveness, a small dose has a small effect, a medium dose has a bit more, a high dose may or may not have a higher effect, but at some point taking more of the drug will actually cause fewer results, and can get dangerous with a higher risk as you said

The range that was being referred to was typical bber doses. We're not being stupid here, implying that using 200IU ed would be more productive than using 100IU ed. We're talking about differences in effect/side effect for dosages say between 2-12IU ed.

Yeah bro; for example; i'm thinking of running 12 weeks with 1-6 4iu Every Day (weekends off) weeks 6-12 6iu ED (weekends off)

No mate. Oral preparations that are sold are absolute crap. The marketing boys really have gone to town on selling this type of product. In fact, the absurd claims would make you think you'd get better results than 'real' injectable HGH!

Good info party boy. I got my mucky wee paws on some HGH, russian i believe. Been on it for one week, a slight increase in muscle size. Best thing by far is my stomach!!!! It was always sensitive and now i could eat barbed wire!!!!!!

Actually that probably won't even be enough. I'm running HGH (Jintropin) at 3 iu ED and am just starting to see the effects. I'll be bumping it up to 6 iu/day from here on.

Yes.
The hypothalamus releases growth hormone releasing hormone (GHRH) which in turn stimulates cells called somatotrophs in the anterior pituitary to secrete growth hormone (GH).
Growth hormone itself causes a "negative feedback" which inhibits GHRH secretion and possibly also a direct inhibitory effect on secretion from the somatotroph.
There is also a negative loop to control GH production which involves circulating levels of IGF-1 (which is secreted by the liver in particular in response to GH). High levels of IGF-1 suppresses the actions of the somatotrophs and also stimulates release of somatostatin from the hypothalamus. (Somatostatin is an inhibitor of GH release in response to GHRH).

To all the bros,
I purchased HGH from Bangkok last year. It's been in my fridge for 12 months exactly and it says on the box it can last for upto 18 months in the fridge. I would like to ask if this is true, to your knowledge.
Also, what is the best way to take the HGH for goals of leaning up/losing fat over a steady 4-6 month period and what goals can I expect if I tie it in with low low dosage test/dbol cycles, a good diet, and good training (lifting and cardio).
My intention is to start the HGH, test/dbol beginning of next month.

If HGH is injected can increase the number of muscle cells how come our own production of HGH does not do the same ???

I assume it does. I'm no expert though I'm guessing that muscle cell numbers increase especially through growth phases of life. Perhaps later in life, natural levels of GH are incapable of making recognisable further changes.

I am wanting to know the likely hood of growing if your growth plates have not closed up? Ive been told anywhere from 2-4 inches is what to expect is this true? and what is GH gut?

There is a good change of increased height if plates are still open. However, it would be difficult to predict results as there are many influential factors. However, there has been a study done to try to assess the probable outcome of GH therapy, though the subjects had natural GH deficiency.

GH gut refers to a 'bloated' appearance even at very low body fat levels. It is thought that GH use can enlarge the body's internal organs and intestines which promote this 'look'.

It will increase the size of your heart,intestines(small and large),forehead, and length of bones(if groeth plates are open, NO Guarantee on how much. I do not really understand why people take this when it enlarges your insides.
