Hi mate I wish I could take credit for it, but it was actually an old article by Raven that I 'rescued' during the forum changeover. HGH appears to be a strange hormone in that some claim it to be wonderous, whereas little in terms of results are seen by others. I think its wise not to expect too much from GH, certainly not to the extent of results from steroids. However, if already utilising the usual suspects: aas; thyroid meds; perhaps slin, the inclusion of HGH could be considered the icing on the cake. I have no experience mate with it during contest prep. Indeed, my personal experience of HGH amounts to 10 * 4IU jabs at this time, so most of my info is theoretical or based on empirical data. I would be surprised if you didn't experience a notable effect on bodyfat levels. This appears to be a benefit of HGH that is undisputed. Out of interest, is there any reason why you're not using it weekends?

Useful info. But has anyone heard anything about the new test that has supposed to be developed by the IOC. It was undectectable, but they now claim it is detectable up to around 60 days after use, by blood test I believe. Anyone know anything??

It was undectectable, but they now claim it is detectable up to around 60 days after use, by blood test I believe. Anyone know anything?? One test looks at the ratio between 2 natural isoforms of hGH in humans. The recombinant hGH comprises of one isoform type. When you inject with this type a feedback mechanism means that the ratio between the bodies own types alter and this can be used as a measure of doping. Only really effective if tested about 3-6 hours after injection not 60 days. Test two looks at 'genetic marker proteins'. If injection of recombinant hGH is not directly and practicably testable, then you look for markers (other proteins) that rise and fall following injection of hGH. This means that you do tests for baselines of your chosen markers and then look to see if the levels of these markers fluctuate in the manner that you would expect for the profile following hGH injection. This type of test has the benefit of having a longer 'window' of testing because you are not looking for hGH directly. The problem is getting the test to be legally watertight 'cos a good lawyer will run rings around the argument of "we could not test hGH but we found circumstancial evidence that he/she MAY have injected. And I don't care what Dick Pound may like to think or say. They are far away from having a working test for hGH.

I have tried using growth hormone myself at 2iu every other day and also at 4 iu ed (2iu am and 2iu pm) and didn't notice much difference. I was also told (by a knowledgeable gear user) to take my gh before bed or in the morning because the body can utilise it better at these times when natural gh is released into the system although this was the opposite to what i had read i gave it a go. I would like to know if anyone out there has suffered from extreme sweating during sleep, as i myself sweat profusely when taking growth and find it very uncomfortable. Is it true that using nolvadex with gh lowers igf-1 levels and therefore reduces results, if this is so how can we control btits if we are to use androgens and t3. does t3 not also encourage btits?

You say the gh will be fine in the fridge for up to 3 days, what happens if used after this time? I am using Jintropin from GeneSci and it comes in 10iu bottles. If i am using only 2iu a day or every other day is it safe to use the remaining gh? After all it is very expensive. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

I think you look amazing, ripped and shredded. Don't expect too much from the growth though. What sort of diet plan do you use to stay so incredibly lean? Is cardio a big part of it? What sort of gear courses do you use and what sort of dosages? Any help would be appreciated.

I have read an article on gh, which says it should be used for 3 days on and 4-6 days off. I think it was paul borresens stack book. Are these old methods? What is the most current method of gh usage?

Been on 4IU ansomone (split twice) ed now for around 4 weeks. Side effects: After a few days I suffered intense itchyness on both upper arms, between the outer head of the bicep and the tricep. Not at all bad through the day, mainly at night and through the night. However, its since subsided over the last couple of weeks. Might not have been the GH, may just have been coincidental. Hand and finger pain, though no pins and needles at all. Not bad at all through the day as my joints get 'warmed up'. Worse though the night when woken, and also first thing in the morning. Main areas affected are the palms of my hands i.e. when pressure is applied such as holding a heavy dumbell. Other areas include the fingers esp. the outer joint where the nail is. Oedema. Slight swelling witnessed.
