Hi Cardifflad howz it going? I was looking for a bit of advice of everyone/anyone that visits your journal so I hope you don’t mind. I have a bit of a problem with the drink myself (basically I don’t drink during the week but get smashed at the weekend after rugby). Now I have thought about it for a while and the issue I have is that it’s a habit that on a Saturday afternoon I basically play rugby, then there's nothing else that comes to my mind except time to get drunk. I don’t see this as a major problem however I’m starting to get sick of it tbh and although the seasons now over and there are a few months where I will have a few drinks however not that much I know that come the start of next season the old habit will come back. I have thought about it and I do love playing rugby however I think that maybe its time to give the rugby a miss for 6 months - 1 year till I can totally break this trend. Any thoughts, ideas advice would be welcome Again sorry for hijacking your journal man.

Once a week is not too bad although you are binge drinking which is obviously bad for your health. It's when it starts to become a 3-4 then 4-5 thrn eventually everyday that I see it as a problem. You can go out without drinking mate although I find this hard and to be honest boring. Just don't go out after the rugby maybe mate and if anyone complains tell em to feck off
