Hi, I'm new to muscletalk, so just thougt I'd introduce myself and show where i've come from...

I started bodybuilding 9 months ago becasue I was fed up of being so damn skinny! I hated it!! Now I've added some mass I feel much better for it.. It also makes me hungry for more...

Anyway here is my before and current pic... Well I say current, it was taken in December 06 so I am a bit bigger now...

BEFORE

AFTER

I'll post more current pics soon...

If you've read this far and survived the pics then feel free to leave a comment...

Regards
Elliot

LOL eyes OFF the package! :P

In the first pic I was 8 stone 8 pounds, Now I'm 11 stone...

So quite a bit of bulk added... Some of it is fat gain, but i'm still fairy lean and my waist size has only gone up a few inches... however I htink I needed this as I was so very skinny...

Cheers for the welcome...

Two and a bit stone in 9 months is good, you do look quite lean so some solid gains there imo.
And yes, that first pic is... well it's odd is all I'll say

Thanks again for the welcome,

Don't be scared by the pics, it's just my poor attempt to be 'edgy' I do like to be different...

I hope to make some good friends here, so I really do appreciate the great welcome...

I was a member at bb.com but I didn't like it there, this seems much better...

Thanks Chris.. Was just wondering why it wasn't working...

Anyway, back to the point of this thread, my training and diet...

I know that I have to work on my diet as really all i've changed from before I started was just to add protein shakes...

I need to look into a propper bulking diet... I think I know the basics but just need to read up on things and come up with a eating plan I can fit around my life (as regards my job) and other commitments... Thats the next step and hopefully I'll see more gians then...

Welcome to MT Elliot, I'm sure you'll find us a lot friendlier and more accepting of alternative lifestyles and flamboyant personalities here then on certain other forums. We're just one big happy family, good to have you on board

@ TOXIC TOFFEE

1, I really feel so so sorry for you all that you are denied the pleasure of seing my avatar in all it's glorious, eyeboggling, big crotch bulging glory (untill my 5000'th post) :P:P:P

2, You'd do worse off than being edgey and different... like these words

Chav & Scum

3, Well if you insist upon looking at the package then at least put on those red and green goggle glasses things you get for 3d tv.... Something might just pop up :P

and many thnaks again for your kind welcome

*bows deeply*

*jumps atop a black charger and gallops off*
