Drinking green white and black tea throughout day plus 3-4 litres of water
Not the best day loads of room for improvement, i need to start making my meals before work which, hopefully, will save me some money and be better in the whole.
Need to add fruit and veg, less protein bars more real food.
but better than the crap i ate yesterday
