Legs was good used squats to warm up then some heavy leg press as the main workload, followed up with some drop sets of leg extensions pump was massive, got leg press to 5.5 plates a side but was too tired to go up to 6, amazing how much more strenght i get from not going heavy with squats straight away, will be back to squats next time round.

im going to spend the day listening to indie / funky house music whilst doing coursework, might do 45 mins cardio later on depending on how much time i get left.

Also need to note ill be eating cheeply for the next couple of months, wont be buying any food for two weeks living off tuna and whey ive got left got some oils and nuts aswell to consume.

Legs and traps are looking good mate.

The strech marks will fade mate mine are going fading to white now, as soon as your growth slows down it gives your body a chance to adapt.

all ive been eating since feb is tuna eggs and oats basically. well 70% of my intake has been the above

need to bring shoulders up massively before i even think about competing they are piss poor, arms could do with some work as well. Need a very productive off season to make some changes.

cheers mate gotta bear it, man up force it down if needs be, i usually have a bit more money at my disposal but ive gone all out this month with holiday / car so gotta be done for a couple of months until im in the clear.
