Ive been looking into some of the natural Bbing Feds in britain to see what the quality of the Juniors are like http://www.bnbf.co.uk/2005-britain-%20junior%20pics.htm im thinking of going to the northern qualifiers in july to have a look.

Ive looked at some of the Untested feds as well and the quality again appears to be very good.

I'll finish my Coursework for the day and post my routine in the relavent section.

My Confirmed Diet checked over in D & N section :

6.15 Wake

6.20 4 weetabix
200ml Semi Skimmed Milk
20g Whey in water )
250ml Fruit Smoothie

7.30 4 egg whites 2 yolks
2 pieces wholemeal bread

9.30 1 small chicken breast 30g almonds ½ tablespoon honey w/salad piece of fruit

12.30 1 tin tuna on a wholemeal baguette with ground almonds and salad

3.00 shake (25g whey 15g casein 2 weetabix ½ tablespoon peanut butter skimmed milk)

4.00 2 weetabix (trial to be changed and see how it works a few weeks in)

4.30 Train drinking water throughout

5.45 40g whey 50g dextrose in water

6.45 1 large chicken breast (or 2 small chicken breasts) or one large steak with 150 – 200g wholewheat pasta and stir fry veg

9.00 2 weetabix 30gr Micellar Cassein ½ tablespoon peanut butter

9.30 bed

400gr carbs
250 gr protein
90 gr fat

3500 cals roughly

Im happy with this and find it very attainable

Started the day after i got it sorted, ive only come across one problem and thats the eggs in the morning, work aren't to keen on it and i dont want to argue the point over it so ive taken them out and will start to have them at night.

Ive started on TTs hypotrophy routine the updates will follow
