Is this a good source of carbohysrate for straight after a workout, or would you suggest anything else?

over priced and hyped

little more than sugar a few BCAAs and electrolytes

lot of money for something you can replicate far cheaper and certainly insufficient as a stand alone PWO supplement for weight training

why though?

sugar
BCAAs
a few electrolytes

fine if you an endurance athelete

pointless as a stand alone PWO for weights sessions?

I have a tub and I have just finished and off to the gym to do legs. Lets see what happens. I am going to use it at work though as I am continually walking through the day and sometimes humping heavy boxes around.
Will let you know what happened.

bye for now
