how did you approach your other half on doing AAS? It sounds like it's going well bet you can't wait for it to kick in in a few weeks. Good luck with your cycle mate.

She knows I had done a cycle or two in the past so I kept mentioning how much I wanted to have an extra edge on my training [she knows how hard I work at it].... So I said that I might go for it, explaining the pro's and cons - esp the cons about orals only - and she agreed saying that I should tell no-one though. I suppose she would rather me be upfront and truthful about stuff and not secretly hating her for not allowing me to do what I want. I was really shocked when she agreed to shoot my glutes! I hated doing my quads myself years and years ago. Cant wait for it to start kicking in! Cheers for dropping in BTW Trained Chest + Tri's tonight - I felt really strong throughout the sess. Flat Dumbell Press. 4 x 10 Incline Dumbell Press 4 x 8 Incline Flys 4 x 12 Sculls 4 x 12 I am going to change Chest from a Friday to a Thursday as my ass has become really sore from me putting huge pressure on it from lifting heavy DB's on the bench. [From the injection] So chest will be on Thursday and legs on Friday. Im in two inds to stop taking the dbol as it seems to be repressing my appetite in the mornings, and cardio seems more of a struggle.... if this doesnt get any better then there is no point in me continuing it - just stick to the sust then winny.

Cardio was much better this morning. To mix things up a little I did some HIT. Felt really good. And my appetite was a little better also! Brekkie! [like my girly egg dish! oh and ignore my chipped oats dish! My ass is feeling alot better today - must have been all those weights putting pressure on the site. Oh well the missus wants to do some retail therapy in the bull ring so I am taking my little tuppaway containers of tuna! [sad!] Chris

Thanks bud .... she has been great esp with the eating arrangements. So funny when Tesco's deliver our shopping [crates of eggs, tuna, chicken] she has to comment that its 'not all for her'

Eating loads today - all clean [loads of chicken breasts, wholemeal pasta, and tins of tuna] Must be because I got carried away this morning and decided to do 50 mins of low intensity cardio! Worked out Abs today - blitzed them. My delts are also aching from me painting the fence

Just prepped my daily meals for work tomorrow [10:30am + 15:30pm] - some more delicious pics Im not office based for the next 2 x months. I will be working from home and site based, which means some sort of travelling around. I am office based at one of my clients 1 x month in 3. The good thing about working from home is the short days and flexibility for training, eating, etc. Bu it is also a double edged sword as some days I may be on the road most of the day visiting loads of clients - so fitting in eating etc is difficult - esp drinking loads of water [being on the road and needing a piss every couple of miles!] At least when I am office/site based I can drink and eat as much as I want conveniently - but training is a pain as I have to get up ultra early for morning cardio and late at night for weight work. Lets see how I get on!

Cardio was good today - took it nice and easy for 30mins at target HR. Diet not so good, hit all my meals until my 15:30 one [about ten mins ago] I cant face it TBH - my tuna still hasnt digested from 10:30!!!!! I'll try and down it at 4pm. Trained shoulders today and threw some supersets in to kill them of proper! Seated stool [without back rest]Military Dumbell Press - 3 x 8 @ 54kgs then dropset each set with a weight 50% lighter until failure Upright rows - 3 x 8 @ 60kgs with dropset until failure Shrugs - 3 x 12 @ 80kgs Lateral raises - 3 x 12 @ 15kgs Good session in all - im going to try dropsetting in most exercises from now on to make sure I blitz each body part the best I can. I have put on an extra 2 pounds on since last week - small amount but all in the right direction. The weird thing is that my trousers seem looser around the waist!

I downed it at 4:15 so wasnt so bad in the end - looking forward to my steak and jacket now My shoulders normally ache slightly after training - but after my dropsets they are DEAD! I love dropsets! [well not at the time! ] On another plus side - I didnt even feel todays jab, and it doesnt even ache now! Think its a combo of my sexy nurse and my glutes getting used to it

I jabbed myself on my first cycle [when I was 19] I did it in my quads. I even used a green 21 needle! It hurt - but I got used to it. I think the worst thing about doing it yourself the first time is the moments leading upto the actual injection..... "right - im going to do it now.... nope .... wait a sec!" Once its in you think 'whats all the fuss about!' Its so much nicer to just stand there and wait a min whilst someone else does all the hard work for you.

Cardio spot on! Got some new tunes on my MP3 player [VA - Disco 2007] so was bobbing into it nicely! Im definitely getting more solid by touch esp around my midrift. Diet spot on! Im so full all the time there is no desire for snacking on empty calories! Trained Back and Bi's! - %^&$ Me! What a killer! Wide grip pull ups - 4 x 12/10/8/8 Close grip chins - 4 x 8/8/8/7 Bent over dumbell rows - 3 x 12/10/10 the drop setted each one by 50% till failure [this was so intense I was nearly sick halfway through!] Seated arm curls - 4 x 12/12/12/10 Seated hammer curls 4 x 10/8/8/8 Im aching big time now - need food! Yesterdays jab has had absolutely no affect on my glutes - doesn't even feel like its been jabbed! Weird, last week it was much worse the day after - I have to keep checking to see if the other half has really pinned me!!!!
