mmm, looks great mate. Almost good enough to eat!

Just prepped my daily meals for work tomorrow [10:30am + 15:30pm] - some more delicious pics

Im not office based for the next 2 x months. I will be working from home and site based, which means some sort of travelling around. I am office based at one of my clients 1 x month in 3. The good thing about working from home is the short days and flexibility for training, eating, etc. Bu it is also a double edged sword as some days I may be on the road most of the day visiting loads of clients - so fitting in eating etc is difficult - esp drinking loads of water [being on the road and needing a piss every couple of miles!] At least when I am office/site based I can drink and eat as much as I want conveniently - but training is a pain as I have to get up ultra early for morning cardio and late at night for weight work. Lets see how I get on!

Just think - twice a day - everyday - Yum Yum

Anyways.....

Cardio spot on - love that album!

Diet not missed a beat - chicken instead of steak for tea tonight.

Trained Chest and Tri's today....

Flat DB Bench Press - 4 x 12/10/10/10

Incline DB Bench Press - 4 x 10/10/10/8 SUPERSETTED each one with DB Flyes 4 x each one to failure

Scull crushers 4 x 12/12/10/9

Feel like an absolute ANIMAL!!!!! dont know why but I was blasting out reps pumped to the max. I could really feel my fibres work hard. It maybe something to do with me missing my 12pm Dbol intake [DOH!] then taking all 4 x tabs an hour before training! Grrrrr

I feel really good today - happy, chilled, and strong! Wonder when the sust will kick in? Or maybe it has!

How come you often don't list the amount of weight used??

It does'nt matter if they're not huge weights, it just makes it a bit more interesting to read than just 4 x 12/10/10/10 or 4 x 12/12/10/9, etc...

Sorry! Its not relevant to me really. Im training volume over weight at a slow and controlled movement squeezing each rep. The last rep of each set is to failure.

But for you sir

Flat DB Bench Press - 4 x 12/10/10/10 @ 80kgs

Incline DB Bench Press - 4 x 10/10/10/8 @ 70kgs SUPERSETTED each one with DB Flyes 4 x each one to failure @15kg each

Scull crushers 4 x 12/12/10/9 @ 30kg

Not amazing if your into weight - I had to drop loads of weight when I started the new method [not good for the ego - but my bod is responding well to it]

Hey.... It worked for Serge

Thanks mate - I used to be able to throw around much more than that @ fewer reps ...... but platued for ages/stayed the same size/and didnt really feel like I trained the day after. This way it takes me a week to recover each bodypart.

Cardio! = 30 mins @ THR.... Read my new auto express [load of crap but suffices].

I am at one of my clients today - so no lounging around at home! Everyone is taking it out of me today after finding out my full diet and regime - they cannot believe how much I eat - esp in the morning! Lightweights - while they are eating their sweeties and cakes I am downing some tuna, wholemeal pasta, and salad!

My body is aching impressively today - must have blitzed it big time Mon/Tues/Wed!!! No weights today - just rest. I am trying to eat as much as I can now! My diet has changed slightly from my opening post at the beginning of the journal - changes in bold :-

My Diet

06:30 - Wake, Black coffee.

7am - Cardio

08:00 - 100g oats, in 100ml skimmed milk,
10 egg whites nuked in microwave,
black coffee, 2 x scoops of myprotein whey in water.

10:00 - 2 tins tuna, 75g wholemeal pasta [up from 30gms],
Salad.

13:00 Shake:2 x scoops whey + olive oil + Large banana.

15:30 2 x tins tuna,
75g wholemeal pasta [from 30g],
veg,

17:30 Weights workout.

18:30 200g+ lean red meat/chicken,
100g wholemeal pasta or basmati rice,
veg.

21:30 2 x Scoops whey + large banana.

Jab tonight - wonder if it is oing to be as painless as the last one!?

I know what you mean ..... I used to love tuna until about a week ago. It did nearly make me hurl and wouldnt digest - then I had to deal with the next portion in the afternoon! I have a trick that does it for me now. If I use spiral wholemeal pasta, some pasta sauce, mixed salad, and then mix it into the tuna its delicious!!!!!

The thing I love about this style of eating is that I'm always full! Bonus!!!!

Cant wait until my steak later on!!!!

Im starting to see differences now - I am very happy at the mo!

Cheers for dropping in BTW.

I pretty much like the food TBH.... esp my steak [just had it ] but the one thing I have difficulty with is my breakfast:-

100g oats [yum yum - easy]
10 egg whites - find it hard to eat due to the sheer volume - like the taste though!
protein shake - makes the above want to come up!

After about an hour Im OK though

I know what you mean about the eggs mate they seem never ending, plus i find it a pain having to cook them early in the morning wish i had a private chef.

Sounds like your cycle is going well mate can't wait to see these pic's.

lol - that might be my problem! I just wack all the whites into a pyrex and nuke them in the microwave, job done!

As for the pics - I still have a way to go but things are going well. Its coming to the end of my 2nd week on the gear, I still have another 2 weeks left of kickstarting the cycle left so I doubt any progress has really been made with the gear. So maybe I should see some good gains towards week 5.

That reminds me, just had my 4th jab today - no pain at all, just like tuesdays jab! My buttocks must have some love for the gear!
