Not posted in the journal for AGES! lol

Hi guys, all is well in the chrismac household! [well except for a broken down washing machine which resulted in the missus buying an expensive Dyson - Doh!]

Training is going great!

I have been doing dropsets on my last working set of every exercise - doms are intense the day later! Thanks Marcus!

I am still lean bulking - making tweaks here and there.

I think I said that I added an extra meal in one of my last entries. Well it gone good and no fat has gone on. However I only have it on training days. Starting from next week I am adding more steak to the mix [at least an extra 300g ED instead of my 7 eggs].

My carbs are still low/medium in the week, then very high over the weekend.

Weight is still hovering around under 13st whilst my condition is still very pleasing since I am 'lean bulking'. I know I need to post some pics but my K810i is broken and I need it replaced under warrenty. I am still veiny as ever lol!

I have also modified a cardio day..... I am still on a 10 day split. Training each bodypart EOD and doing cardio on days off. However on one cardio day I do a 'circuit sort of day'.

I do 2 sets x BB Squats 75KG x 35 reps.
4 sets x Bench crunches x 30reps.
4 sets x Leg x 25 reps.
15-30 mins steady spinning.

Its going great - metabolism is CRAZY! I am like a furnace - burning up and processing every nutrient!

OK ... just posted some pics in General [first ever! lol]

Training is very intense at the moment and it takes a whole 10 days to recover each BP!!!!! Drop set after drop set!

Cardio is sweet.

Diet is still pretty much the same - strict in the week with lowish/medium carbs, moderate fats, the eat as much as I want on the weekends!

Saturday I went to 'Buffet Island' and ate 6 plates full of Chinese food [no carbs - all meat! yum!].

Sunday I did a cardinal sin and did a 2 mile run. [Havent run in at least 2-3 years!] my legs and arms were aching last night as it seems my endurance fibres never get used! lol

Here are some pics:-

Hallo OG!

Things are good these days, I have a nice tan, and I can still see my abs and veins whilst bulking. I am not as heavy as I used to be but I look 100% better.

I am going to go in with a cut to see how low BF I can get in a 6-8 week period. I am already quite lean so I hope to go pretty low without loosing much mass.

When I return from my hols I will then do a 4 week rebound [with a shic maybe] then a longish time off from the gear.

How about you my friend? Am I going to see you on WSM next year?

Ha ha! Thanks mate.

Well I might take some pics at the start of the cut and some when I have finished then post up.

I am now on the sunbeds once a week [I am quite dark so thats plenty for the time being] however this awesome weather has got me quite a tan I must say!

I might pop in some MTII before my hols to get that chocolate colour!

Whens the hols booked for, thats a decent bit of time off and will be interesting to see how you fair.Any alternative protocols to hang onto muscle mass as hormone levels drop or ideas to get natty test back up too normal quicker.I have no doubt if you stay off for a while you will feel the crunch so be ready physically and mentally.

Good to see you're still lurking Chris, looking very solid in the May pics.
That's the sort of condition I'm hoping to hit this summer
...slowly realising it will be without that mass though

Steph its still an idea!

I have a whole arsenal of AAS staring at me however I am being sensible.

I suppose if I did make the break for being off that long, HCG, clomid, and some peptides would give me a helping hand.

How long were you one for mate before you decided enough was enough?

BTW hols are at the end of August!

Zedi - cheers. Its all a mind game. Once you cut to a decent level you will soon realise that bullshit weight is just that. I would rather look smaller but be in good condition whilst gaining. I tried the big and bulky look, and its not good! ha ha!

Go for it mate, you will feel so much better for it. I have another 2 weeks of bulking then I will start a slow cut.
