Think it's about time i started a journal on here to put some pressure on myself to make some gains.

I'm sitting at 85kg bodyweight at the moment so my first goal is to hit 90kg

My routine is Chest and arms, Back and Shoulders then the last one of the week is Legs this is the body part that is lacking big time so i've got to hit these hard every time. i will post my routine in more detail later.

I'm still working on my diet at the moment so that will also come later.

That's it for now i'm getting hungry so better go a make some dinner, 150g Lean minced Beef and 60g basmati rice with some sweetcorn.

cheers noname, yep i've just started to bulk again going to try and add some good mass to my body mostly my skinny legs they don't match the top half of me.

Thought i would start the journal like you said to keep me motivated and it make it hard to hide if your not gaining.

RE: Okey100's Time to lay it on the line.. - 17 April 2007 15:10
In the last few years i have not really made massive amounts of progress, since i have been a member on here i have learned more in the last year than the last 10. So now with my new gained knowledge and starting the new gym with all the other hard trainers around me i can finally settle down into a good pattern instead of cutting the bulking then cutting and so on and not really getting anywhere. Thats why i think i've got to bulk now all the way upto december. Got to get these legs BIGGER.

P.s sorry if my spelling is crap I'm not the best speller in the world and my girl friend is not at home today to check my spelling

RE: Okey100's Time to lay it on the line.. - 17 April 2007 18:35
just got in from back and shoulders workout and i'm shot it was a hard session.

I'll quickly run over my work outs, I normally do chest, bi's and tri's then shoulder's and back, then legs on the last day.(3 day split)

I do 3 set's per exersice 1 warm up set 1 set at 70% 6-8 reps then a all out set for 6-8 taking the muscle to true faliure then i some time's add in forced reps, negative and half reps what ever my training partner think's to take me to absolute failure. So in my future post i will only put down my final set results, hope this makes sense.

Going to get my PPwo meal now i'm hank marvin!

Just banged in 100g oats now going to have some protein. I hope when i get to the gym i can find some energy got to train legs hard.
