I would say it depends on goals?

In the past i've done fairly intense cardio and still managed to bulk up, it fitted in with my goals at the time.

My preference now would be to keep it at a moderate pace. I would aim for at least 3 x 30 minute sessions a week, but i see no reason why you could'nt do more if you wanted to.

The biggest factor will be your diet. As long as your whole diet takes it into account and you allow for the extra expenditure of calories it should be fine.

You should do yes. But I dont. I hate it.

I recommend it for fitness purposes. I really do need to start doing it soon

if i want to bulk but keep on top of fat levels then wouldn't it make sense to just lower calories?? would save time and money. but if your doing cardio for fitness reasons then low intensity would be a waste of time and hit or high intensity would be more of a benefit for cardio vascular

i dont do no cardio at all when im bulking, no need imo you need the extra cals. i eat good so not putting to much fat on, save the cardio to when im cutting, with lil diet change comes straight off

I try to do HIIT once a week, keep up my top end CV fitness. And SSCV in the morning / afternoon when Im off, just to get some circulation, get metabolism going a little and wake me up. All fueled, as its not aimed at weight loss, but will still result in BF loss due to the nature of cardio.
