Thanks butt!

Had to use the weight machines today m8 and it was putting more pressure on my shoulders rather than my chest!

Thats why theres such a big difference. Hopefully ill be able to lift more with the free weights next week!

Am really starting to like my tuna shakes too, mam thinks im weird but if it works...........

i'll hold my own with most of my teams backs over 40 meters. trouble is when you got to try to run after a few scrums, different story then.

Cardio nailed for today

Did 25minutes steady jogging followed by a few 100metre strides to stretch the legs out from yesterdays training.

Need to come up with a few ideas to spice up the 7eggs in the morning, can see myself getting bored of these soon !

Think ill just whack some tabasco sauce in to liven them up (luv the stuff!)

I feel sick just thinking about egg white omelet with mixed veg m8 !

Am going to time the sprints thursday hopefully and see how slow i really am!

Station in Herford (North Rhine) Germany

Still havent decided what to do about rear delts yet? Is it really important though........

Took it easy today

Was meant to do sprints but didnt feel 100% so went for a gentle jog instead.

6k in 25minutes followed by some good stretching.

Diets going well just resisting the urge to jump on the scales as its only been 4days!
