Couldnt resist and weighed myself today 79.6kg!

So an increase of 0.6kg in a week , i know its not much and is most likely water retention but any extra weights welcome!

I hate sky

The w.r.u should pay for these games. It would help promote rugby in wales better.

Im alright on the cleans, there knackering though! The hardest part is the press motion where your tempted to lean back, BIG no no!

Feeling really good today. Diets going well, all liftings are improving & weights going up !

However.....

Ive started to notice a bit of fat developing around my waist , i know you put on a bit of fat whilst bulking due to the calorie excess

Just wondering how do people stay mentally positve when bulking, i mean not becoming disharted & feeling crap due to fat gain?

Hasnt happed to me yet but it must happend to most people hen bulking right?

Well my diet went to **** over the stag weekend, lol.

Drank beeer (too much) eat kebabs and bascially had a blow out, but it was quality so cant complain really !

Im only able to train x2 this week as im off the the Isle of Wight festival (thursday till tuesday) but planning to eat sensibly and not drink so hopefully my diet wont take another pounding.

Did a full body routine this morning. 1exercise on each body part for 3sets x 10reps. Was blowing at the end but at least it was some form of training.

Am detoxing today, lol!

Weighed myself today 80.5kg thats up 1kg from 2weeks ago !

Having a week off now because of the IOW festival, so hopefully it wont do my training too much damage and ill feel refreshed ready to start again next week!
