Checked out that site amazing thats the look I am after thanks a lot for that mate going for windbars etc but instead of flowers there is a leaf looks like a cannabis leaf but red going to have them blowing through the windbars.

It is Chris Wrights place where I go his brother Lee does my work known him for ages so get it well cheap I am always battering his head with my designs just like to be different

Know what you mean about pullovers I have'nt a clue why people don't use them as much, but being honest I am more of the old skool way of training,

I sometimes think that training and diets are becoming to scienetific now and don't really buy into this I prefer the old skool approach I find it yields better results for myself.

Must be a age thing

PMSL Well you knew what I was getting at LOL

I used to work in Durham mate at The Royal County Hotel in the leisure club very posh place ,not really suited to ear pierced yob like myself I think I lasted about 8 months but got caught letting the chefs use the club when they should'nt have

Other members of staff always wondered why I got the best meals out of everybody

SUNDAY 20th MAY 2007

No training today but did weigh myself was'nt expecting to have done well as diet was all over the place last week but amazingly I have gained another 2lb putting me at 210lbs well happy

Although I was'nt training I did set a new PB me and the kids decided it was time to get rid of all the bloody flies in the house,so we got tooled up and began the massacre and I managed to send 7 flies to hell in under half an hour.
This amazing display of the total killing machine (me) in action was greeted with a round of applause from my posse. It was short lived though as my wife was not to impressed by the many splattered flies around the house and I had to clean them up at which point my posse left me
From Hero to Zero in less than a minute

MONDAY 21st MAY 2007

Have decided to hit 16st then go on a cut I think original target of 17st before cutting would leave me with a hell of a lot of work to do.Very happy with the bulk so far now at 210lbs with a 35 inch waist so really only put 3 inches on my waist so far which I think is'nt that bad.
Gains are holding at 2lb per week which I am well pleased with but I must start my cardio just can't seem to motivate myself for this
Diet is back in order again so see what this weeks like

UPDATE

After a talk with my other half I have decided that AAS is not a good idea I am currently on medication to keep me sane And my wife was worried that AAS could interfere with this and turn me PSYCHO!!!!!

Got to admit shes got a point and just the thought of her worrying is enough for me so I will be completey natural and sane

Cardio does my head in mate .Went on the cross trainer first nearly tipped the bloody thing over hated it and have actually just sold it on EBAY a couple of hours ago LOL

So stuck with the bike they never seem to have a comfortable seat after 10mins my @rse feels like it was hit with a shovel and I get dead legs.

Yep I love Cardio
