Although I was'nt training I did set a new PB me and the kids decided it was time to get rid of all the bloody flies in the house,so we got tooled up and began the massacre and I managed to send 7 flies to hell in under half an hour.
This amazing display of the total killing machine (me) in action was greeted with a round of applause from my posse. It was short lived though as my wife was not to impressed by the many splattered flies around the house and I had to clean them up at which point my posse left me
FPMSL, they were only in it for the good times eh!!!

Great journal ! ... Keep it up mate you're doing well.

Shame about the cardio, I can't stand it either.

It's just sooooo boring! I bought myself a stepper about 2 months ago for use at home in the mornings to try and shift some flab, have I used it ? Have I buggery !

I'm going to try and persuade the other half to do some jogging with me in the mornings once my injury has cleared.

Have you thought about doing any martial arts or gym classes for your cardio ?

I do a few classes at my gym in the evenings and it's the only way I can get a good hour workout done :/

No training today as its Fathers day a time to kick back and relax
REALITY spent all day tidying up the bloody garden then had a tea party with the kids they made me some Scooby Doo biscuits very odd tasting and I seemed to be the only one eating one ...cue paranoia
What did I get I'll tell you when it gets delivered but I was informed its something to shave with and it needs blades

Fcuk it will have to wait for the postie no good at cryptic clues

TUESDAY 19th JUNE

CARDIO

This workout consisted of me looking at the clock ,leaping out of bed, speed dressing, then a frantic run around the house, whilst shouting "Sh1t I am going to be late for work"
Which was then followed by "Where the fcuk are my keys"
I also included throwing my arms about like a lunatic just to burn a few more cals

Short sprint to the car

Speed driving good for the leg muscles( frantically jumping on the pedals ) worked up a good sweat shouting at the old b@stard in front on his BLOODY SUNDAY DRIVE!!!!!!! PMSL He gave me the fingers when I overtook him REEEEEEE.....SPECT old man LOL
Arrived at work totally fcuked best cardio session I've had

PS THIS IS A FASTED CARDIO ROUTINE NO TIME FOR BREAKFAST!!!!!!

Wonder if James will sticky this routine
