Good to see the arm has calmed down a bit, look good on the knee front too

I may be interested... what do you plan your monthly fee being? small bag of hash and some skins?

Everytime I do a job I have to buy something from screwfix this time it was a trade pack of screws 1800 of the buggers,a screw guide for my cordless,box of assorted bits and drills and a new spirit level LMFAO

SAT 24th MAY CHEST/TRIS PRESS....80,80,90,90 PULLOVERS....30,30,40,40 FLYS.....30,30,30,40 SA DB EXT....12,14.5,17,17 PUSHDOWNS....30,30,30,40 Took a couple of weeks off training as my arm was getting worse.Feels a load better now still keeping it strapped for training just in case it snaps Decided to use 4 sets on everything and just do the 2 sets for tris and bis.

ah, running multiple sets at a more consistant weight then are you? that's my persoanl preference, with limited rest time (90 secs max)

Trained again today 100% commited thats me BACK/BIS DB ROWS....27,32,32,32 CABLE ROWS....70,70,70,70 RG PULLDOWNS....50,50,60,60 CURL....32,37,37,37 PREACHER....30,30,30,30 Another easy sesh just easing myself back into it Going on my cycle soon as I get back from Skegy The idea of flipping out big style and having a scrap with Noddy is a good one ,but it would upset the kids watching their dad getting kicked to crap.LOL
