| eggwhiteman -> RE: PASTEURISED LIQUID EGG WHITES (May 25 2007 21:07:51) | The Shelf life quoted refers to days life from manufacturing, if kept between 0 and 4 degrees. The larger the pack the shorter the shelf life, it has something to do with the way that the egg s packed and the bigger ones don't last as long, which is why I have gone with the 1 litre size to start with. Personally I think that the refrigerated product is better than the one that is kept at room temperature, but I would say that. An egg in its shell only has a 6 week shelf life so by processing it so that it has a 6 month shelf life makes me wonder! If the quantity is too much to take as one person, maybe you could get together with a couple of friends and order together? or speak to your gym and get them to get in touch with me. I would be happy to provide a fridge in a gym (not in everyones homes, I still have a wife and kids to feed!) that could then order when necessary and hold the stock for you? Just an option to think about to make it more accesible to more people. |
