Just wondering what LEW avidin content is? As Eating raw eggs is pointless because the avidin content prevents full digestion.

Its zero, when theyre pasteurised the avidin is broken down

I bought some of these from my local Bodybuilding shop but can somebody tell me how I measure them out? eg: if I wanted 6 egg whites how do I measure that in a jug?

Hi the website says these last 72 hours. I take about 200ml per day hence require mine to last at least double that. Would that be possible if kept in a fridge pretty close to zero degrees?
