Rvd48

It tastes just like egg whites, pretty much no flavour whatsoever, which is how it should taste! and obviously it is safe to drink as it is pasteurised.

The egg whites are delivered in insulated boxes with icepacks in. They are shipped over night and will arrive with you the next working day. The insulation keeps any product below 4 degrees for upto 50 hours. I tested the system on my mother first to make sure that it worked, and she is still here to tell me off!!

the only ones I can find come in small cartons and are nowhere near as cost effective. I only get about 3 meals out of one carton and they are about 3 dollars a carton. I found some others, but I am not sure if posting it up and asking about them in this thread would be appropriate. I will start another.

Are there any supermarkets etc that sell liquid egg whites in small batches that i could collect myself and try them? I dont really use eggs now and dont want to spend £30+ on something that i may not use.

Ordered 15k very late last night, received an email straight away with details and another one first thing this morning telling me exactly when it will be delivered (tomorrow)! Pleased so far

Am i right in thinking egg whites rule in terms of amino profile? So technically you could use these as your sole protein intake I wouldn't do this, but just out of interest

whole eggs are numero uno
whey protein is good but egg whites are awesome

as for 'your only intake'?

no have other stuff to ensure range of aminos and other benefits asscoaited with protein rich foods

When it says that they are absorbed faster in liquid form, i take it they are still digested slowly enough to be used as a 'proper' meal; as opposed to whey

Just got my 30 bottles of this stuff. Really good packing. Was so cold inside that boxes I thought they would be frozen.

TT- Is there much difference between the amino acid profile of egg whites and whole eggs? I thought the white was all protein, and the yolk fat? How does the amino acid profile of egg white compare to whey?

The yolk still contains a decent amount of protein but also the fat content (its not a bad thing) and vits and mins!

As for the AA profile not something that would worry me as its a complete protein but would vary from whey, presumably lower in BCAAs.

If i ever get back to training i shall be getting some of these!
