had the biggest 4 days of stuffing myself that ive ever hadever, weighing in close to 13 stone at the moment lol.

guh i look like ive got a hgh gut except no muscle with it .

first day back today after taking my 2 weeks rest.

Strength was surprisingly good.

Bench:
worked my way up to 87.5kgx1. was fairly easy though i failed on the 90. psyched myself out for it i reckon.

Underhand Medium Grip Pulldown:
60kgx8
70kgx8x8.

once again fairly strong.

Finished with some rope and V Bar pulldowns, overall a good session.

no particular structure just throwing some weight around.

not to bad thanks dude, i took 2 weeks off because i had some niggles and just wanted a bit of a break as i also took 2 weeks off work.

very well recoopertated and raring to go once again.

legs were shaking and were finished so i hobbled to my car and drove home very wobbiliyably. yeah its a word up yours.

Chest + Biceps on Wednesday.

Also might i add my back is definately now my strongest point surprisingly enough. arms and forearms are lookin mighty as well. back looks lean and fairly ripped, i might put the pics up if i can get 5 requests from different people... hint hint.

Well i trained Delts Tri Today as well as some impromptu cardio this arvo with surprising results.

Shoulder Press
12.5kgx8 pffft easy
17.5x8 pfffft easy
22.5kgx8x8x8 easyish, form very good. my shoulders arent piss weak anymore.

Delt Standing cable Fly *im sure its got a better name than that but w/e*
10kgx8 each arm
15kgx8x8x8 each arm- delt was already fatigued but this exercise felt good, might be worth a more permanent add.

Tricep Rope Pushdown
20kgx8
30kgx8x8x8
slow extremely controlled reps with no shoulder whatsoever, felt good.

Skullcrushers
20kgx8
27.5kgx8x8x8 slow controlled perfect form, triceps felt the pump

strength is piss poor, form is perfect. ive finally finalllllly decided to just aim for hypertrophy as i feel i only train for strength to impress others, whereas i like seeing muscular gains just for me if that makes sense.

this arvo i felt like going for a run, something i havent done in ooooh like a year or so.

after about 1km of jogging i was wrecked bad stitch borderline chest pains but i kept going.
hit 5km pushed through the pain kept going
hit 10km, when i collapsed onto my driveway and laid there about 5 mins just panting like a dog.
felt like i really proved something to myself today, back when i was jogging everyday i could only run 10km, and today after a year odd lazyness i matched it threw guts and grit. im proud very proud.

yah i wud like to stick around, see how things go mate.

i took a photo today, which confirms what ive thought for quite some time. ive got gyno. ive had fatty nipps since i was in high school and it doesnt seem to go away even when i was running all the time and 10% bodyfat. id post pics for confirmation but you told me i shudnt post any yet
