Hey up
Been away from MT with poorly daughter - had a bad karting accident, but will be okay
What did I do in the gym for three hours? Warm up 10 mins - prep stretches 10 mins lots and lots of sets with high reps (rests inbetween) tons of ab work: - 3 x exercises superset, each 30 reps all X3, then another 3 x exercises superset, each 30 reps all X3, then off for a shake, then 45 cardio and another stretching session - and a chat with a mate for a few minutes at the end Soon adds up Early session tomorrow, 7am, so I can get Bibi to appointments during the day

NDB - aye that should fill 3 hours. Just want to be sure you're not over doing it. More doesn't always mean more.

Kitty TTT - I have to say that even whilst out on Sat night I felt sick as a dog. Almost as if my drink had been spiked but I am very sure it hadn't. This has been progressively getting worse now each time I've over indulged and I'm just certain it's my body saying NO THIS SH*T lol. I'm ok to just have a wee tipple but nothing more that that. I can cope with that

Cookie - Upper back I actually like....now just have to get the rest of me to fit in lol.

Had a really good day at work today. It was just a good craic from getting there to leaving. I've done another video clip from last weeks squating session with Fat Pete. Some classic lines in it. I've been chuckling away all afternoon. Eating has been spot on today. Lowered my carbs right down due to wknd indulgences Trained back along with the boys and it was a nice fast hard session. I was done in 35/40 mins - seated rows x 4, SS hammer rows and lat pull downs x 4, deadlifts x 4, SS straight arm lat PD's and incline hypers. Reps ranged from 6 - 12. The off and did 30 mins interval jobbie again....am getting quite into this now and managed 14km/hr for a min.

Felt really good today....love it when it's like this

Fat Pete is trying really hard to remember what the hell he said, naw it's no good, I just wasn't listening. I vaguely remember something about wraps and a video for Martin's mother, after that it's just all pies.

Eating today has been spot on again which I am really chuffed with. Carbs have been quite low but trickled in for every meal. I'm functioning fine so I'll leave it as it is at the mo.

Today so far

8am 1 egg 3 whites & 2 crisp breads
10am 100g chicken, apple & cashews
1pm 100g chicken 80g cooked rice & veggies
2pm banana and pro bar
w/o
4.30pm as 1am

I'll probably have a prawn salad later.

I am also aware that I need to update my progress pics Although I don't think there has been much change. Will pop some on in a bit.

You want a 34a chest????? Well at least you wouldn't have to spend much on bra's

I've never done this so I've no idea where it will take me. I reckon I could be able to get down to a maintainable 58kg but I'd like to see if I can push down to 56kg and see what it looks like. I know my bust will disapear but there isn't much anyway so I don't think anyone will notice

Sounds interesting. I'm looking forward to see where your ride is taking you.
