Hello stranger, how you doing?

Well you can no doubt tell it's a drag making myself go home from your place . Think if I didn't have to get home to the dog I'd be there all night . Pleased my shoulders held up today. Thank you for a fab time yet again

Just posted and the tw@tting thing logged me out!!!!!!!!!!

Rags - How the devil are you? Long time no see Misses! Tummy is fab. The scar has healed so much better than I ever expected and best of all is my belly button....LOVE IT.

Kitty another good one today. I really enjoy our sessions and chinwags but I'll have to do extra cardio to make up for today I tried some hanging leg raises.....fcuk the hurt my arms PG showed off and brough his legs straight up over his head In fact one day I'll see if he'll do his party piece and do a body raise off the end of a bench...now THAT is impressive...but hey I'm shallow

Thanks for the kind comments chapesses.

Can anyone tell me how to just post the links from image shack rather than the photos?

S'ok I've worked it out lol!!!!!

Tell the boys to go deep this afternoon, I will be there in spirit and I will know if they don't.

I'm great thanks girls.

Been very busy recently, major overhaul of systems at work, dragging my boyfriend to the gym and my daughter gave birth in February so I'm feeling a little over the hill.

My scar is vey good too. I had a couple of doctors comment on what a good job it was and a tattooist. I had my belly button pierced last year but it just healed up. I just had it redone in march. I intend to be wearing crop tops this summer, if we get one!

Keep going with them hanging leg raises and you'll soon get the hang of it.

Do me a little favour too please ? Stop bloody posting in the shape up thread.....photos only . When your next lot of photos are ready, go back to your current post in there and edit that post to include the new links. Trust you to make the thread messy any banter put it in the old thread. Lecture over #mutters# just can't get the staff these days #mutters#

Tan, get some slings that support your arms for the hanging leg raises. I used to find that my arms gave out before my abs. They're really good - I was using them today. I can't get my bloody ankles over mi head tho' Straight and level with my chest is about my height - a few sets of those (withought swinging) and yer abs wil be screamin' the next day

Sorry Mum!!!!!!

I was all confuddled and couldn't work out how to post links and all that....but I can now...coz I'm dead clever me! And of course I made it messy...it's what I do.

Rags - Good that everything is happy dappy in your world. I've not quite got to the crop top stage of bravey but at least I don't spend half my time pulling my top down

Pete - Boys were duly shouted at!!!! They did jolly well and shouted at each other too....I just joined in the shouting coz it made me feel important. Workout was filumed and will be posted at wknd some time.

I had planned to do legs today but for some reason I felt pretty pooped and then got a client booked in at 1pm for 90 mins which threw eating and all that palava out the window for 3pm so I decided to do bi's and tri's. Just a nice swift w/o. No messing 12 sets for each 6 - 10 reps. Will do leggikins tomorrow and hopefully get shouted at

I know!!!! The sheer sheek of it huh!

I'm glad it's Friday...even though we are in the gym tomorrow for a torturing off Austin The Osteo He is very good but the treatment if bloody painful. In fact I feel a bit quiffy just thinking about it. Cracking workout today though with Paramaniac (Waves @ Paramaniac - hope you enjoyed your muesli - you devil you ). It was a swift one too. I think we were done and dusted in 35-40 mins and were hobbling down the gym.

Swats
Bar x 10
40kg x 10
50kg x 5
55kg x 5
60kg x 5
65 x 3 x 2 (I think I finished on 65kg?)
All swats were nice and deep and I was jolly pleased with them.

Leg Press
145kg x 10
195kg x 10
245kg x 10
295kg x 6

Then Finished off with giant set of Leg Extensions, Seated Ham Curls and weighted Hypers. 3 sets 8 - 10 reps. I love training legs...it's just ace!

Oh aye...weighed myself this morning 61.5kg. I think that's down 1.5kg from last week. My memory is pants lol Until I get under the 60kg mark I will still be convinced that the scales are wrong.

Ee lass, tha'll waste away! What weight are you aiming for? When you've reached your goal are you planning to stay at that weight, or put on more mass? Question time over
Met a guy in the gym today who used to compete in NABBA - last comp in 2005. He knows your friends at Results Gym!

Aye, I'll have to shoot down to Results. I'll get this exam outta the way first, then I can relax and enjoy myself a bit!
Went and had my Tragus pierced this morning - figured that the pain would be worse then the migraine, but it didn't hurt a bit! Got a little Labret with a crystal in the end and I'm lovin' it. Should have had them both done at the same time! Got Bibi a neon green one inch expander - she's really excited to get it in - will do that later this evening! No training today or tomorrow - just revision
You're gonna look amazing with low bodyfat - it's all there hon, just waiting to be shown off.....and making the rest of us green

Ooooo new piercing! Nice one! I have to say I don't really like things dangly from my ears but always think they look good. And thanks for the kind comments. You're such a sweetie!

Paramaniac - how are you doing after you've been Austined? The man is a sadistic madman but bloody good at what he does. My traps feel like he beat them with a baseball bat! Legs are fine though.

61.5, that 9 stone something. Are you familiar with the term "bifferasauraus"

Not that I would apply such a term to you of course. I merely mention it out of curiosity
