Paramaniac - how are you doing after you've been Austined? The man is a sadistic madman but bloody good at what he does. My traps feel like he beat them with a baseball bat! Legs are fine though.

Definition of Austined ? -not sure but i would imagine it is very similar to being run over by a large truck! as the screams probably testified!

I was totally wasted after the session, just wanted to sleep.

As for my legs, they are certainly not fine - which,i hasten to add,is very good!

So all in all i'm an effing wreck! and it's chest today

Enjoy your day,see you Tuesday (Back and bi's)

Ooooo new piercing! Nice one! I have to say I don't really like things dangly from my ears but always think they look good. And thanks for the kind comments. You're such a sweetie!
It's a labret, so it's not dangly - I don't like dangly things either...and yes...I'm being smutty

Fat Pete - Explain
Ak - AWESOME - butterflies in my tummy listening to that - damn fine looking chap too.
Para - Back tomorrow...on my poor wee lonesome Billy No Mates again...unless the big boys let me play out with them. Can't believe you trained today after being 'Austined'.
NDB - I shall have no smuttyness in my journal

Had a great day today being the massage therapist for the CNP Strongman comp over in Burnly. I's the 1st time I've done an event like this so the experience was great. Hope shidang was well organised, just the weather was bloody awful with the rain but luckily that didn't lead to any mishaps. It was a proper GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR UGA UGA!!!!! Kind of thing....right up my street.

Quality ain't it!

His instrumental stuff is absolute top draw, i love it. Unfortunately his singing isn't as good

Quite politcal in some of his lyrics but an excellent musician, apparently he was a busker and someone found him on the treat, presumably playing like that

Since you're a guitar fan and all. Went to a folk festival this weekend and this guy was playing at one of the concerts. Thought the way he was using the guitar was brilliant :)

Folk festival in Shetland. I'm not big on festivals myself but I had an amazing time and the jam sessions (both on and off the stage) were awesome. A good variety in nationalities gave it a special atmosphere and a fine mix in music

I totally agree. What I loved about it was the club all the artists came to after. In room after room you would get random bands playing all from latino music to acustic and asian folk music. And those who did not play on stage had jam sessions in the elevator, stairs and corridors. Some of the bands had an amazing pace the the music. Don't know how much you know about scottish/irish folk music but it can have some speed to it. Especially the fiddleplayers.... Heard of the Chair? (previously Lazy Boy Chair) or Peatbog Faeries? Bit different pace than Andy Mckgee

PMSL @ you lot. I'm pretty into my bluegrass which has the mean ol fiddlers too. In fact I like anything I like...if that makes sense lol. A good tune is a good tune...end off!

All in all a good day, and actually warm in the gym!!! In fact almost too warm PMSL. We just can't win at our place with the tempreture. It's either too bloody cold or too bloody hot I was going to do legs today but went for chest instead. Good swift and hard session with Homer today. Over and done in 40 mins then onto the dreadmill for 30 mins interval followed by 10 mins steepest incline, also did 50 mins this morning. Eating has been bob on too

Looking forward to tri's and bi's with The Pocket Rocket tomorrow. Space Cadet is joining us too
