Tan - just a quickie to say thanks for your suuport, encouragement and general banter over the past few weeks leading up to my first comp! Genuinely alwys get a lot from you and your journal, whether it be hard core training vids (they are quite something) or a good old double entendre!!!! Keep at it my angel! X C

Chrissie - I'm glad the smut makes you smile. *just wondering if I can get a cream for these double entendres though Yesterday was a busy wee day with the BNBF meet and killing of legs. Pins aren't exactly sore...just heavy. Just a quick bi's and tri's today and I waited until about 6ish because it was so warm during the day. Only problem with that is the gym is busier...had to wait for the cables to do my last sets. Trip to NABBA NW yesterday was also very interesting...some of it more interesting than others....some of it just unfeckingbelievable but that's a different book! *Note to all friends...if I ever EVER even attempt to make a complete d*ck of myself please feel free to shoot me!

If I am clad in anything more that sparkly underwear then the shooting permission is null and void! We're training back on Thursday if you fancy it!

Back ...but you know that already lol. Well yet another day over with. Felt a tad pooped today and my afternoon siesta was longer than I intended. Had something to eat around 1.30, at 2 took me supps ready to train at 3...thought I'd had 10 mins snooze....woke up at 4pm . Ooooops Ah well these things happen. It did however mean that I threw 2 low carb pro bars down my neck instead of real food and just started training. Food & Training Today 8am 1egg, 6whites, 50g salmon (left over from yesterday) slice of whole meal toast 9.30 30 mins dreadmill 10.30 ~120g Turkey Mince & Veg ~50g pasta (CW) 11.45 1 hr dog walking duty 1.30 as previous FELL ASLEEP!!!!!!!!!!! 4pm 2 protein bars 4.15 trained 5.15 20 mins interval + 10 mins top incline to finish off 6pm Whey Will be making steak and salad in a bit then maybe some from frais and pro powder before bed. For chest I did some incline presses on the iso machine, DB incline press, decline machine, dips, pec deck. 4 sets of each 8 - 12 reps! Well that was my exciting day

Kin 'ell. I can post til my hearts content and very few venture in here...mention knickers and WWWHHHOOOOOSH! NDB - would be good to meet up Sunday evening. Keep me updated! Ok!!!! I have officially overtrained my legs this week. Did a wee one today, really nothing mad just to keep things ticking over but I think it was a mistake. I might have to get legs 'Austined' if he pops in the gym on Friday. It's not that they are particulary sore...just...erm...not quite right. Might have to give deadlifts a miss tomorrow to let them recover. Apart from tha a pretty normal boring day. Foods been good, cardio ok, training steady, trumps smelly!!!!!!!! Chrissie - very slightly camp....but I have to say becomimg more tempting as time goes by!

Care to explain the term 'Austined' Tan? How have you overtrained your legs, in what way, too frequent? Too heavy? Just curious loik?

Tan - my stage alter ego is called Olga and she is an ex KGB agent with a dodgy past.......well, that's how I manage to get myself up there in barely more than a small 'kerchief!!! I think I may require counselling....

FKAOG - To be 'Austined' is having a session with Austin The Osteopath....fecking gruelling but well worth it...he doesn't even mind you calling him names Over trained legs by doing them 3 times in 6 days like a complete nitwit and that included a session with 12 sets of squats...I'm just an idiot! Lesson learned though! Kitty - See above for reasoning Chrissie - Olga huh?????? Do you av vays of making uz tawk! Anyway me and TTT speak foreign so at least there will be no communication problems. You do now know I will be shouting for Olga at the Scotttish show lol. Had another good session with Kitty and now joined by TTT. Did a wee back one, Lat Pull Downs x 4, T-Bar Rows x 4, Hammer Row Thingy x 4, Straight Arm Lat Pull Downs x 4 and single arm low cable rows x 4. Food good, cardio mediocre due to lack of time after training, trunps less smelly! Legs still sore though. Nice bath for me tonight
