Aye Up Mukka!

The legs are still a wee bit sore. Going to do a 'hair of the dog' tomorrow on Pauls recommendation and do a light leg workout after chest to stretch them out a bit.

Have been really domesticated today and made loads of scrummy food for tomorrow as our plumbers are coming to put a radiator in and we feed them lol. Sp I've stuffed vine leaves, marinated chicken and made choccy mousse and used splenda which was a complete bloody farce because there is cream and egg yolks in it LMFAO...ah well it's the thought that counts!!!!

Yayyyyyyyyy! legs are fine today!!!! As Mr G predicted.....don't you just ahte that lol!!!!!

Did a good little 3 supersets push/pull for bi's n tri's today for a nice change and finished with some calves. I have to say I was a wee bit pooped but not totally wasted.

Incline curls/skull crushers
Dips (on the SM bar & a bench) & Single arm cable curls (to the back of the ear.
Rope Pull Downs/Standing Cable Curls

All 3 sets 8 - 12

Calves.
Leg Press 3 x 15
Seated 3 x 15
Standing 3 x 15

I only did 20 mins cardio after that as I had a client in.

Jolly good all round!

Oh yeah....I keep getting little itches on my tummy but can't tell where they are LMFAO! A very bizarre feeling

PMSL....wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyy TMI Hunny! Good to see you feeling better. I'm off the Germany on Thursday for the 'family' meet up thing so I probably won't see you til I get back fromt there so by that time you will have completely got rid of your lurgy bugs

I did a quick leg session of Friday.

DB Leg Extensions
12x25lbs
12x30lbs
12x35lbs
12x40lbs

Lying DB Leg Curls
12x30lbs
12x35lbs
12x40lbsx2

Rear Leg Raised DB Lunges
3 x 12 (each leg)

3 Supersets
Leg Press Calves Raises 90kg x 20
Hypers x20

Standing Calf Raises 3 x 12-15 I can't remember how many plates lol. Bout 7 or 8.

I then went back onto the Leg Press and did some really sloooowwwwww raises contracting and hold at the top. managed 4 sets of 10 and called it a day.

Am just hoping that I can find a gym close when I go to Hurdengurdenland this week. It will help to keep some sanity in the insanity and give me some good thinking time. I'm sure I'll find somewhere.

I'll try and call you before you go for a bit of sanity chat to keep me going while you're away

How scarey....I'm the voice of sanity lmfaooooooooooooo!!!!!!!!!

Things are a bit hectic getting stuff ready for Thursday and my sleeping patterns are a bit shot too but I'm feeling pretty good never the less. Training yesterday was ace. i really enjoyed it....but then again I usually do! Even the treadmill wasn't such a drudge. Strength is going up steadily and is probably pretty much back to pre op status although I've not got many clients in at the mo and still not started back at Win Chun so I've got more rest time.

Monday
Chestidoobilies and Arms.

Flat Bench
12 x 10kg
9 x 15kg
7 x 20kg Gezza got 9 reps out on this and I was well impressed!

Dips
3x8-10 (spotted)
We have a goal of 3 sets of 10 all on out little lonesomes

Incline Bench
3 x 8-12 @10kg

High Single Arm Cables
12x30lb (each side)
12 x 4lbs
The last set we had the bright idea of doing a drop set each to failure and they were a bugger, burned like anything. Was good fun.

Bi's n Tri's

SS x 3
Skull Crushers with EZ bar x 12 @ 10kg
Incline Curls x 10 @7kg

SSx3
Bench Dips (off the SM bar) x 12
Overhead Cable Curls 12x30lb 12x40lbx2

SSx3
Single Arm Pull Downs x12
Singler Arm Cable Curls x 12

Arms were pretty shot after the chest workout but I did them anyway because I don't know whether I'll be able to train whilst I'm away. They feel OK which is spiffing stuff.

I did 30mins TM at about 10.30 and another hour after my workout.

All in all I had a pretty good day yesterday. I have to pack this smoking lark in once and for all though. That's on the cards for when I get back. It's so stupid eating pretty well and training the getting all that sh*t in my lungs. When I get back we will have about 8 weeks until we go to New Zealand so am going on a bit of a fatloss binge to give me something to work towards. Should be good fun.

Aye Up Peeps.

Got your mail while I was away but didn't have time to reply as head was place firmly up me jacksy!

My diet while I was away was absolute pants. I smoked too much and drank farrrrrrrrrrrr too much coffee and it was probably the most emotionally and mentally stressful 10 days I've ever had. But I survived it and did manage to train which actually kept me sane and probably out of German prison for murder lol. Then to top it all the was a power cut at our departure airport so it was complete chaos with no computers to check in, the luggage bands jammed to a stop and us having to handball our own cases and me turning into unofficial information gather and interpreter/airport usher. We had no idea when our delayed flight was leaving until the called to the gate as we stood behind 200 other people still waiting to go through security check. After the 3rd call we were only then allowed to jump the queue, race through the departure to the gate where a bus was waiting to leave. Well we all made it cheering to the plane. Now that was an adventure to have with your 73 year old mother in tow I can tell you. LMFAOOOOOOOOO

Home now and need to get seriously back on track. I'm going to try and get rid of some blubber for my hols in 7 weeks so that gives me something to put my mind to and get on with. I might even do before and after pics......no bum though lol.

The kids were well impressed with my sitty downy twisty roundy things....espaecially after I went up the climbing wall.

I should be able to shift something in 7 weeks....well 6weeks 4 days now. I'm going to train 5 days, work permitting and cardio min 60 mins 5 days a week. Food wise I'm cutting back on my starchy carbs. Brekki and midday pre workout will be the main intake with my Organic super cereal and half baked spud or some rice. Salad and veggies I'm eating unlimited. Oh and a burgen bread butty post wo with my whey. I'll run with this and see what happens. I stood on my home scales yesterday morning and was 61.5kg (as opposed to 63.5 when I got in from the airport on saturday). I'm not sure how much I am aiming to loose so I will just play it by ear. The weighing is just to get a bench mark. I'll take some measurements and get Paul to take some pics so I can see if anything is happening.

Kitty.....insane?????? Welcome to the house of fun You know where I am if you need to drool incoherently lmfao!

Well all is fine in Tan's world again. I think I've managed to recover a wee bit from the most stressful 10 days I can remember. Eating is pretty good and training is very enjoyable. Had a cracking shoulders, bi's n tri's today. Me and Space Cadet were very happy with our pooped out selves lol!
