Hello hello, just a quickie as I may not be online much for a few weeks. Have moved to new offices where my boss can see my screen so I can only get on the internet on the sly when he's away from his desk. 
Diet wasn't too bad last week but training was poo. Back to it tonight now I've got my head together - have handed my notice in, arranged a van and so on for the move home, and told my landlord I'm off. Work are still trying to convince me to stay so I'm humoring them by saying I'll have a think as long as they still take my initial notice date.
Moving home May 10th in time to watch NABBA North-West on the 11th!
Hopefully I'll be about occasionally and will give you a proper update once I'm home and settled and back online properly.

Good news missus. Be great to see you back up here and hope things work out for you. I'll be at the NW, haven't bought tickets yet so if you havent' either, let me know and I can get them and make sure we sit together, shall check with Tan too.

Oooh that's a good idea, we can all be raucous together! Mummykins is coming too and she thinks you two are brillers so we'll have a great time.
Think I'm gonna weigh myself tonight to make me pull my finger out with cardio. As diet and training have gone a bit awry over the last week or so I haven't weighed myself and I feel like I've put quite a bit of weight on, although it seems to be around my stomach so a lot of it is possibly (hopefully!) bloating through eating stuff my body isn't used to anymore!
Right, boss will be in any minute so I'd better sod off.

I think Tan meant she usually nicks Dougies ticket (I hope that's waht she meant anyway )
Might have a nice excuse to have a drive to Southport now

It could be quite entertaining though if she was though!
Am still not properly back on track but I'm getting there. Haven't weighed myself but I feel like I've got a load of extra lard round my midsection which isn't usually there but hey ho, I'll get that sorted quick enough - it drops off my stomach, it's the legs and arse I struggle with.
Am getting there on the move/job front though: have cancelled some standing orders and direct debits which I won't need anymore, done most of my address changes, showed my landlord how the heating and dishwasher work, got a van sorted for all my cr@p, and all my applications for my course are done. Had a phone interview in French the other day which was rather scary as I've not spoken French for yonks, but I obviously did ok as they've offered me a place on the summer extension course to enable me to teach French (my degree - German and Dutch - is a bit useless for teaching as Dutch isn't a curriculum language and I need two, so I need to brush up my French before they'll let me on a modern languages PGCE). So before you know it I'll be teaching little brats alongside writing my thesis in the hope of moving on eventually from schoolkids to lecturing at a uni.

If I end up doing my PGCE/placements at Manchester I'll probably come to your place all the time - it's easier (and more fun!) to train at yours and miss all the commuter traffic than sit in the car for ages then train once I'm home. If I end up at Edge Hill I'll just try and get to ya whenever my timetable allows.
In other news, I'm still a big blob this week so I'm gonna get Flick to shout at me this weekend to spur me back on again. My routine is currently up the swizzer and it's affecting my training as well as my diet.
