Crackin' weekend there
Yup, hope the Tragus doesn't migrate I've been looking into a web piercing between thumb and finger, but have given up on the idea - they migrate like billy-o! I'll see how this tragus settles and if it's okay I'll get the other one done - other then that I'll just get some more tatts done!
Good you're getting settled into diet. Mines second nature now - no binging - actually no need to as I have to eat so blummin' much

My ex had a web piercing and it was out before you could say boo! Same with his Earl. I had a Rook that did the same too - in fact, I really liked that, might get one again and see how long it lasts!

Anyway totally clean eating yesterday and due to my spanking new diet from James I wasn't hungry in the evening at all, huzzah! And I'm loving all the lovely fruit and veg I'm allowed at the mo too!

So this week will be getting settled into my diet ready for actually doing it properly as of next week. I'm going out for dinner with my landlord on Friday as a goodbye and also as a birthday treat for him, but after that I've no excuses and will kick my own arse back into shape.

Can't wait my luverly!!

Hopefully I should be able to make the meet as I'm moving really early on Saturday morning so should have most of the afternoon to unpack most of my rubbish. And if I've not unpacked I'll just sneak off.

Clean eating Wednesday and yesterday: the new diet is pretty easy to get used to as the basic structure is similar to what I was having before - just need to remember the fruit and stuff and get used to having more food at night. Today and tomorrow will be a bit of a mess as I've run down most of my food and have packed everything else. Dinner out tonight; have breakfast and lunch made for tomorrow but might have to get a packet of cooked chicken or something to keep me going.

Panicked quite a bit last night as I was doing my press-ups and squats and stuff at home and realised I have really lost a considerable amount of strength by not having a gym for a few weeks. My muscle still looks ok but I am a bit of a weakling. Will need a couple of weeks to get myself back to my standard before I reckon.

Last day in rubbishy job, wooooooooohooooooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good luck with the move! You'll get your strength back really quickly - might even surprise yourself and have a leap in strength after your 'rest'
I've not found myself hungry on James's meal plan - if anything, the intake at 9 & 10pm can be a bit of a 'force-feed'

Hello hello, I'm back online.

Thank you everyone; the move went well apart from a nasty petrol station manager who made me cry and the realisation that I can fill a van with absolute crap!

Am geared up for everything now I'm sorted again. 20 weeks till NABBA UK and am eating clean and by the book. Went to NABBA North-West yesterday with Tan and Kitty which got me back in the zone and was a kick up the bum. Mum and dad having an extension at the mo so the fridge is in the dining room; the freezer is in the study; my dry foods are in my room; cutlery and crockery is all over the place; and I can't cook during the day when the builders are in!! No probs as have done batches of everything tonight and am set for a few days. Went to look at a gym today.

Was surprised at myself with training today too: thought I'd test my legs a bit and see how much I needed to drop the weights but they weren't too bad...

Leg extension 4 x 12, 2/2/3/4pl.
Leg press 5 x 10, 30/70/120/140/150kg.
Hack squats 2 x 10, 40/60kg.
Calf raise 21s x 3, 30/70/90kg + full reps to failure at end of last set.

Now I'm up and running again I'm going to get some progress pics taken tomorrow to send to James so he can give me a stern telling off for being a pig for a few weeks. Might not put this set on here as they'll show reverse progress but hopefully by the time I take my next lot I'll be back to sme semblence of my usual self.

Ticteaser: back in da game.

Glad you're back, if not exactly settled.
Good to see you training again and that you've not lost too much. You'll probably come back stronger for the rest.
