ORIGINAL: flick161 How was the move chicky?? And I bet James doesn't tell you off at all, you neeeded a break now let the fun and games commence! And bloomin' good fun it was eating all that naughty food! Am deffo glad to be home; I know I've made the right decision. It's a shame I won't get to see you London lot as often but you're not really that far away. Hope you're feeling better about your pooey week too chica. Kitty, back would be tremendous! Just keep your fingers crossed for my poor old banger!! Anyway, eating clean today and have just been to the gym. Bench press 1 x 15 with 20kg then 4 x 10 with 30/35/37.5/40kg. DB incline press 3 x 10, 25lb. DB decline press 3 x 10, 20lb. Pec dec 3 x 10, 3/4/5pl. 1 hour steady state on stepper. Weights have dropped a bit on chest but not too worried as they've not dropped as far as I expected them to. And I'm starting morning cardio tomorrow now everything is sorted and I've no excuse not to! Will deffo not be putting my photos on here this time though as I look like an absolute whale on them! I know I've put on some weight, but for some reason I always look even bigger on photos. Meh. It's given me another prod in the right direction though!

ORIGINAL: ElfinTan F'cough you! You're making yourself sound like some blubber flubber that you're not!!!!!!!!! We'll be aiming for a 3pm start on back. Just text and let us know if you're coming (oooerr Misses ) Ooer indeed you cheeky lady!! Car has gone to nice car doctor man this morning and he said he'll have her done today or tomorrow so I'll ask him to try and get her back to me before 2pm tomorrow. Will let you know what I'm doing as soon as I know myself! Would love to get there as I know you two will push me hard after my time off though. Anyway I'm deffo on track now as I started morning cardio today, and jolly pleasant it was too, even if I only did 40 minutes instead of 50 (route didn't take as long as I thought, will go further tomorrow!)! I've also realised I've not posted my new diet on here yet, so here it is, including all my supps and stuff too. Water with every meal and throughout the day as normal. 0545: green tea, then 50 minutes SSCV. 0700: 200ml LEW, cinammon, Splenda, 30g oats, tbsp linseeds, piece of fruit, green tea, multivit, milk thistle. 1000: 80g chicken, 20g brazils, piece of fruit, green tea. 1300: tin tuna, 30g rice, handful spinach/salad, milk thistle. 1600: 80g chicken, 1 oatcake, piece of fruit. 1700: Weights, followed by 20g whey and 3g glutamine in water. 1800: 1 hour SSCV followed by 20g whey, 20g dextrose and 5g creatine in water. 1945: 80g chicken, 2 oatcakes, raw carrot/celery/cucumber. 2030: 80g chicken, 30g rice, green veg/salad. 2145: 200g very low fat cottage cheese. For the meal at 2030 I can have an egg-sized piece of sweet potato instead of rice for a change, and lean red meat or salmon instead of chicken. So unless I have anything different from that I'll not need to faff about posting my food every day now. Am off to the gym shortly too, shoulders today I reckon. Mum and dad have just sodded off to Greece for a week so I can relax without my dad moaning about all my food and supps taking over the house. I've got a list of things to water and feed as long as my arm though and am under strict instructions to eat as much from the asparagus beds as possible to encourage it to grow more. And I've got to remember to make cuppas for the builders. Otherwise it'll be a nice relaxing week prepping for my uni interview in the garden, mmmm....

You get LOADS of meals!!! Is that from James? I need to get me a diet like that!!! Glad you're getting settled, you sound happier... And as for me, I'm ashamed to say I'm loving the rest... Really ramping up the cardio because I've got loads of left over energy!

It certainly is from James - I couldn't believe the amount of food I'm allowed either, it's ace!! I get the feeling it'll drop drastically soon though for a bit of bodyshock! Glad to hear you're getting into the cardio swing of things honey.

ORIGINAL: flick161 I think you'll be surprised... It's not THAT MUCH food, just lots of meals to stop you thinking about food all day! Fingers crossed!! Have done shoulders as planned this afternoon and am now jiggered. My left bicep seems to be hurting for some reason too and I've only done "push" exercises so far this week. BB upright row 3 x 10, 20kg. 3 supersets: 10 lat raises (15lb) with 10 lat raises with straight arms (20lb). Smith military press 3 x 10, just the bar. DB front raises 3 x 10, 15lb. One-arm cable rear delt pull thingies x 8, 2pl. Plus 30 minutes on the stepper and 20 minutes on a bike, and some ab work. All in all a good day.

ORIGINAL: kitty Partially considering whether to do a BBQ on Sunday and all meet at mine Ooooooh, that sounds nice! Jedi, I quite fancy "Dallasty" shoulders so I try to put a bit more work into them. Rear delts seem to lag a bit though. 65 minutes cardio this morning which was more than I planned but that's what the route ended up as. Will try another route again tomorrow. Chrissie, I actually don't mind morning cardio when the sun is shining and I don't have to get up at an ungodly hour to do it - half 6 is fine by me! Did another 35 minutes walking to the garage up a ruddy great hill to pick up my mended car earlier too!! Right, off to meet Tan and Kitty now to do back - bicep not seeming so bad but traps killing today!

Twas jolly good fun madam, hopefully my timetable when I start college will let me get down a couple of times a week. Have been good with diet and morning cardio and all going well apart from me getting all my food timings muddled up on Thursday when I trained with Tan and Kitty and going hypo. It was proper horrid - I felt all spaced out and dizzy and had cold sweats and had to sit out for a set with a carb drink. Fine after that though apart from being a bit feeble. Have missed arms weights-wise this week though so might try and do them tomorrow as I'm off to help my friend wedding dress shopping now (wooooooooh!!!) and am tootling off to the Pendle Valley comp tonight to meet up with those two mentalists from Eccles and Chorley again.

ORIGINAL: ElfinTan HOW RUDE!!!!!!!!! Well you are! Had a great night at Pendle Valley last night with Kitty and Dave, Tan and Paul, Kitty's parents, and my cousin Kate who has only seen the inside of a gym about twice in her life, nevermind been to a BBing comp (and she loved it!)! Also met Tortiecat who was lovely and did a great job MCing fo the evening. And Harps was there too looking as lean and lovely as ever. Unfortunately I spent most of the night being sick after I got home, and finally managed to get a bit of sleep at about 7 this morning. The only thing I can put it down to is the salmon I had last night, which was maybe sat around in a Tupperware container without being refrigerated for slightly too long. Feeling a little bit better in myself now but haven't managed to hold anything down yet, so I'm tucked up in bed with my laptop and only venturing downstairs for mugs of green tea. Very annoyed at my stupid stomach as I was looking forward to going to Kitty's today and seeing everyone, and really looking forward to meeting NDB. Anyway eating is obviously not going to be right for today - am putting the right things in my mouth but they won't stay put! Obviously I've missed morning cardio today too. At least it means I've no excuse to start prepping for my interview on Wednesday today anyway.

Poor you! Being sick no fun! When I had the dodgy tum after eating chicken, the fact I only ate 80g of it meant the sickness was out of my system super quick! Hope this is the case for you! (hope you now reading my posts in a Jolly Hockey Sticks kind of accent rather than a Krankies one!!)

Think it probably is the case Chrissie as I'm feeling much better. Managed to keep my 4pm chicken down and (touch wood) have been ok since. Have strayed from my diet somewhat though as I had the horrible empty feeling that you get when you've been ill and needed some stodge, so I've had some mashed sweet potatoes - not too naughty, except I had rather more than my diet allows for. I'm sure it won't matter since my first 3 meals of the day didn't stay put anyway! Was tempted to go to Dawn's just to show my face and meet NDB but the thought of having a shower and driving down the road exhausted me so I've stayed in my slobbies all day and just mooched about the house. Will be back on track tomorrow though I reckon.
