Tuesday 27/11: Training: 43 mins unfuelled cardio at 129 average HR. 0715: 40g oats, 200ml semi-skimmed milk, 10g sunflower seeds, 2 egg whites. 1030: 1 scoop whey in water. 1300: tin of tuna, 50g pasta, 15g pesto, 100g spinach, 80g tomato. 1700: 1 scoop whey in water and a banana. Training: chest, shoulders, triceps. 1900: 2 scoops whey in water. 2030: 200g chicken, 100g green beans. Smith bench press 3 x 10, 25kg. DB incline press 3 x 10, 12kg. BB military press 3 x 10, 17.5kg. DB lat raises 3 x 10, 6kg. EZ bar skullcrushers 3 x 10, 10kg. Tricep kickbacks 3 x 10, 8kg. Dips 3 x 8. Wednesday 28/11: 0715: 40g oats, 200ml semi-skimmed milk, 10g sunflower seeds, 2 egg whites. 1030: 1 scoop whey in water. 1300: tin of tuna, 50g pasta, 15g pesto, 100g spinach, 80g tomato. 1700: 1 scoop whey in water and a banana. 1900: 2 scoops whey in water. 2030: 200g chicken, packet of Supernoodles. Off work ill yesterday with a splitting head that I was trying not to let turn into a migraine, so no training; plus diet went a bit wonky with the Supernoodles, but I honestly couldn't be fussed with nice healthy veg after a day of not being able to see properly and lying in a dark room. Lucky my lunch and whey etc was already prepared so apart from the noodles it wasn't too bad. [&:] |
