Had to do a mile run at work and did some db clean and push press and db snatches.

How's the hamstring feeling now Tom? Any residual soreness, or has it healed nicely?

What program are you following by the way? I ask as the weights are very light for you.

its a sheiko mate. low weights but crazy volume been reccomended it so ill give her a shot.

hamstring is back to full strength with no sign of any damage :D

Did you get the shirt on yourself? If so too loose, like mine!

Are you using bin bags or plastic bags to help the suit slide on? Makes a world of difference.

120xf,f Lower bar position on the chest but about a foot off touching both times, gave her up here, this aint fun

Mon 12th May 08

Did some biceps yesterday at work, calves and btn push pressing (i was bored)

26x10 on alt db curls then 28s x 4 not trained my biceps in ages and they are stronger than ever! did 60kg oly barcurl other day for 3 strict and not to failure, then 90x5 btn push press.


Today my quads are sore :S

145x3,3,3,3,3 The 125 and 145s were belted. huffing and puffing after these

Bench press
