it was mouser, im a dummy for training with it like that Fri 25th Apr 2008 Second real session back after comp Hamstring feels good so ill see how i get on. Bench press 62.5x7 70x6 75x5 82.5x4 87.5x3,3 95x2,2 87.5x3,3 82.5x4 75x6 70x8 62.5x10 Volume baby! haha, all reps paused! Squats Bar warmups, then 60x10 warmups, real slow and deep 90x5 107.5x4,4 125x3,3 135x3,3,3,3,3 No pain whatsoever apart from my sides from belt rubbing Pulldowns Thumbless grip and all controlled and squeezed 11th hole x10,10,10 Biceps Barcurl 50x8 Alt hammer curl 20x8 per arm

Bench 62.5x5 75x4,4 87.5x3,3 95x3,3,3,3,3 All reps paused Squat 90x5 107.5x5 125x5,5,5,5,5 Belt hurts like mad!!! have to pull my shorts up or they go real tight on my legs and kill, but if i pull them up its nut cracker time! ouch!!!! wear diff bottoms to gym! Bench 62.5x5 75x6,6 82.5x6,6,6,6 All paused Thumbless wide grip strict pulldowns 11x10,10,10 Tough Steep decline abe 20x6,3,2

Wed 30th april 2008 Had to do a mile run at work and did some db clean and push press and db snatches. Deadlift 120x5 145x5,5 167.5x4,4 180x3,3,3,3 No belt on last set, it started to kill, all other weights were beltless Military press 60x4,4,4,4,4,4 Rack deads below knee 120x5 145x5,5 167.5x4,4 192.5x3,3,3,3 Decline abs 10x5,5,5 Abs still real sore Pulldowns 11x10,10,10 Toughy Tough session

How's the hamstring feeling now Tom? Any residual soreness, or has it healed nicely? What program are you following by the way? I ask as the weights are very light for you.

its a sheiko mate. low weights but crazy volume been reccomended it so ill give her a shot. hamstring is back to full strength with no sign of any damage :D

well i can get the shirt on but the suit isnt going up too easilty! ill try it more though later. Wed 7th May 2008 Deadlift to knees 120x4 145x4,4 167.5x4,4,4,4 Bench 62.6x5 75x5,5 87.5x4,4,4,4,4 All paused, last set i tried it with little fingers on ring. felt pretty good. Deadlift 130x4 145x4 167.5x3,3 180x3,3,3,3,3 all felt mint, but pulled a callus off my hand badly was well psyched so after my last set i stripped straight down to 100kg and did a clean and push press with it lol Pulldowns 11x10 12x10 11x10 Knackered

Did you get the shirt on yourself? If so too loose, like mine! Are you using bin bags or plastic bags to help the suit slide on? Makes a world of difference.

nah cant get it on on my own needed help iain Well i tried her out today. Jesus christ what a load of ****. Fri 9 may 2008 Bench 20x10 40x5 60x5 80x3 100x3 Feels heavy, all paused f6 on did the whole swimming thing and got it on to the arm pits. still not 100% if it was on right though. 100x1 Didnt belt and the shirt rode up 120xf Bar fell back toward my face, lucky my spotter caught it, belt on and shirt pulled down 120xf,f Lower bar position on the chest but about a foot off touching both times, gave her up here, this aint fun Squat 20x10 90x4 107.5x4 125x3,3 135x3,3,3,3,3,3 Fellin heavy today, esp on the shoulders Bench 62.5x6 75x5 87.5x4,4 95x3,3 100x2,2 95x4 87.5x5 75x6 62.5x7 All paused, pretty tough though Squats 100x3 117.5x3 135x2,2,2,2 Knackered and bruised

Mon 12th May 08 Did some biceps yesterday at work, calves and btn push pressing (i was bored) 26x10 on alt db curls then 28s x 4 not trained my biceps in ages and they are stronger than ever! did 60kg oly barcurl other day for 3 strict and not to failure, then 90x5 btn push press. Today my quads are sore :S Squats 20x10 60x5 90x5 107.5x4,4 125x3,3 145x3,3,3,3,3 The 125 and 145s were belted. huffing and puffing after these Bench press 62.5x5 75x4 87.5x3,3 100x3,3,3,3,3 All paused, jesus last few were real hard, shouldnt have done the pp yesterday Squats Really dont wanna do these 90x5 High bar oly squats. 107.5x5,5 125x5,5,5,5,5 JESUS CHRIST, im smoked! home time

Wed 14th May 2008 Trained in 2 parts today. First part: 12:20pm at work Deadlift 120x4 145x4 167.5x4,4 180x4,4,4,4 All a piece of cake, belted up on the 180s Bench press 62.5x6 75x5 87.5x4,4 95x3,3 100x2,2 95x3,3 87.5x4 82.5x5 75x6 70x7 62.5x8 All paused, about 30 secs rest or less between sets DB flyes 22x10 --------------------- 2nd session @ scruffy gym: 6pm Rack deads below knee 145x5 167.5x5,5 192.5x4,4,4,4 No belt! the bar was so crap, it was smooth as hell nothing to grip on, real real real real tough on my grip but i just about managed it. Legs rubbed reeeeeeeeealy bad and they are red now Pulldowns Knackered here 12x10 11x10,10 Tough Alt db curl 51 lbs x6,6,5 per arm Dec abs 10x10,10,7 PHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOFFFFFffff
