lol cheers lads.
next week 187.5x5 on deads which will be a new 5rm for me if i get it. (i know i have it in me)

just measured my legs, half way from knee to top of leg (inside) now just under 26" which is bigger than they were not so long ago.

and the guns are a solid 16" now

Hey just t do you currently study at Sheffield Hallam?

As i was reading over on dietetics.com and saw a poster with the same usernamer...anyhow im considering doing the same course that you're on and just wanted to know how you're finding it? Im in a similar position as i've no Biology Alevel so i was stuck for places to apply.

Anyhow, thanks for any input

yer thats me buddy. Well be warned the class is mostly female. I enjoy the course, a fair bit on physiology aswell. Only problem is the crappy buffer subjects like psychology and others for which there seems no reason for doing, but i think most places have these. First year is abit basic but this next term im starting soon seems to be alot more "technical". I would reccomend it as i throughly enjoy it.

and yeah seems like most the courses include a bit of psychology and what not...

do you live in uni accomodation and do you use the uni gym?

i use the uni gym but commute from rotherham. my mates live in student accomodation though so i know some things about it
