Im - 19, 6,1" tall, currently 86-88kg and bulking on ~4k clean cals per day
Hoping to compete in natural powerlifting in the not too distant future,
Have just returned off holiday so my numbers will take a while to get back up.
I state my numbers in lbs first and kgs in brackets, just for the american sites and readers, and i like to work in lbs also.
Today just a little biceps as im growing eager to get to the gym but cannot till monday.

Triceps are sore today.
