note: only when i get to 50kg do i rest bar on floor between reps, as light weight is lower to drop.

Cheers Dbam, Shoulders seem to be improving from the volume of benching per week. Hopefully i should pass, last time i was just nervous.

It looks like you have set yourself up for some nice progress there mate, if Im correct you have just equalled your 5 rep maxes in all 3 lifts? Good stuff, what are you hoping to reach numbers wise or are you going to keep going until you hit a plateau? Your pictures look very good mate, certainly not fat like you described them. Enjoy bulking!
