monday 20th august 2007 Squats 126.5(57.5)x5 159.5(72.5)x5 192.5(87.5)x5 220(100)x5 253(115)x5 Pretty nice, last rep i paused in the hole for a couple of secs Bench 115.5(52.5)x5 143(65)x5 170.5(77.5)x5 198(90)x5 225.5(102.5)x5 Easy, paused last rep on chest for couple of secs Pendlay Row note: only when i get to 50kg do i rest bar on floor between reps, as light weight is lower to drop. 77(35)x5 99(45)x5 121(55)x5 137.5(72.5)x5 easy, strict Hyper extension note: plate on these and abs held behind the head to make it harder! and less cheating.. 44(20)x16,11 Dec abs 11(5)x15,12,8,8 So fun! Hmmmmmmm im hungry now so i think ill have 8 poached eggs on 6 slices of wholwheat bread if i have any. Should be a treat

Chins widish 8,8,7 Dec situps 30,30,25 funnnnnnnn

Cheers Dbam, Shoulders seem to be improving from the volume of benching per week. Hopefully i should pass, last time i was just nervous. friday 24th august 2007 My bday on the 3rd of sept :o 20 years old. Monday August 27th 2007 Had to go early as its only open till 1pm today, so i was tierd Squat 132(60)x5 165(75)x5 198(90)x5 231(105)x5 264(120)x5 stuggled slightly but got them Bench 115.5(52.5)x5 143(65)x5 176(80)x5 203.5(92.5)x5 231(105)x5 hands were slipping outwards, need chalk!!! It looks like you have set yourself up for some nice progress there mate, if Im correct you have just equalled your 5 rep maxes in all 3 lifts? Good stuff, what are you hoping to reach numbers wise or are you going to keep going until you hit a plateau? Your pictures look very good mate, certainly not fat like you described them. Enjoy bulking!
