May aswell post my log here also as i do on afew other sites. Im - 19, 6,1" tall, currently 86-88kg and bulking on ~4k clean cals per day Hoping to compete in natural powerlifting in the not too distant future, Have just returned off holiday so my numbers will take a while to get back up. I state my numbers in lbs first and kgs in brackets, just for the american sites and readers, and i like to work in lbs also. Today just a little biceps as im growing eager to get to the gym but cannot till monday. Thurs 28th jun 200000000000007 Was bored so did some biceps in the shed, cant wait for gym on monday!!! Triceps are sore today. Ez barcurl, outer grip eXcl. std ez bar 94.6(43)x5,x5,x5 not bad for my first biceps after hols Db hammer curl Never done these before 44(20)x 5 per arm bit crap 37.4(17)x15 per arm straight to regular db curl 37.4(17)x5 impressed here Fun Fun Fun Plans for monday is 160, 5x5 on deads,

mon 2nd july 2007 First week back after a 3 week layoff Deads 44(20)x10 132(60)x5 220(100)x3 308(140)x3 352(160)x5,5,5,5,5 all 5 sets went well, last set my arm started hurting where it was rubbing on my legs Underhand bb row 176(80)x5 too exhausted here 132(60)x12 132(60)x11 132(60)x10 Pullup x6 x6 banged my chin on way down haha Hammer curl 37.4(17)x12 per arm 37.4(17)x 6 per arm Oly reverse barcurl 66(30)x6 55(25)x8 NO ABS COZ I FEEL SICK!!!!

Some good lifts there m8, was the layoff due to injury or hols? Its a great feeling when you get back into training after a break! You love it cause your training again but your physically exhausted at the end , lol!

wed 4th july 2007 Bench press 44(20)x10 132(60)x3 176(80)x3 198(90)x5,5,5,5,5 easy peasy Military press Lower back well sore from monday, which affected 132(60)x5 badd, but i am tierd 110(50)x8, 6 Oh Db tricep press 59.4(27)x12 64.9(29.5)x12, 10, 8, 7

Friday 6th july 2007 Got a touch of cold :( Squats 44(20)x10 132(60)x5 176(80)x3 220(100)x5,5,5,5,5 damn first set felt heavy, was initally going to go higher but i stuggled with 5 on my first set. 2nd set my hammy started playing up and i thought i was on the verge of pulling it, abit of stretching and it quickly went, 3rd and 4th set were very hard to get the last reps but i got them, 5th set was abit easier as i put more concentration on breating and holding lots of air in my tum, dissapointed though, i really should be getting 5x5 on 300lbs, why do i suck so much at squats grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr Wide stance good mornings 88(40)x10 132(60)x5 154(70)x5,5 132(60)x10 all sets felt awsome, body around parallel to the floor calf raises 110(50)x21, 16, 15

monday 9th july 2007 4 days till driving test and im sh1tting it. trained with a mate 6 days out from comp, he looks rippppppped to the bone My legs absolutely kill from friday, cant hardly bend down. Really sore hammys and quads. Never hurt this bad before ever. deads 44(20)x10 could hardly bend down to grab the bar haha 132(60)x5 220(100)x3 308(140)x2 396(180)x3 , 3 first set fairly hard as i couldnt hardly get down haha, second set i had a little rest before the third reps as i was throbbing DB row 77(35)x12 , 12, 12 pretty easy, last set hardish though, not much body movement Chins, palm width wider than shoulders 6, 5, 5 Some guy told me he liked my physique when i finnished. felt abit uncomftable and said thanks and went for water lol DB hammer curls strict form 38.5(17.5)x12, 8 (per arm) Light pull thru 55(25)x10 77(35)x10 99(45)x10 110(50)x10 all easy

wed july 10th 2007 HAMSTRINGS STILL SORE FROM FRIDAY GRRR!!!! Bench 44(20)x10 88(40)x5 132(60)x5 198(90)x2 Felt quite heavy actually so went lightish 220(100)x3, 3, 3 Feels heavy today, ill get back into it easy enough though, first set i could have gotten a good 5 Hammer grip inc db press 66(30)x10, 8 tierd Db lateral raises did these as i didnt fancy another heavy compound 26.4(12)x12, 12 easy, good form CGBP 132(60)x10, 10, 8 Generally tierd

16th july monday 2007 Bodybuilding show yesterday, my mate did well. I ate lots of biscuits and crap :D yay me and went down town after so wasn't expecting lot today really. Deads 44(20)x10 132(60)x5 220(100)x3 308(140)x2 396(180)x1 Went up fastttt 440(200)x1 felt good, went up well and no sticking points 451(205)x0 Got it above knees but couldn't lock out. Maybe a couple of sets of speed deads followed byrack deads next week to help with lockout strength. Pretty sure i could have gotten 462(210) if i had done it instead of the 440(200) as fatigue set in quick Stripped the bar from 451(205) to 396(180) and did 2 reps straight away with about 10 sec rest between the first and second rep 308(140)x5 Just for speed! nice and fast, exploded Db Row 81.4(37)x12 Hard, but good form 81.4(37)x8 Chins palm width wider than shoulders x7, 5 Narrow x 6 Oly barbell curl 88(40)x6 pathetic but im tierd 77(35)x7 77(35)x6
