Week 2

Gained 3.5lbs this week, about 15lbs to go Now after I've posted each day's workout, except today's (chest/biceps), with weights I can start pointing out PBs, will strive for new ones every time.
My computer is broken so I can't post up pics yet. When I get it back I will (probably before the weekend).

Wide Grip Pull ups: 1x10, 3x8 (last set was assisted by 6lbs) I hurt my palm on the second set. Where the palm meets the fingers became swollen about 10 minutes later.
Barbell Bent-over Row: 1x10(50kg), 1x8(50kg) 2x6(45kg, 52kg)
Barbell Upright Row: 1x10(25kg), 1x8(30kg), 1x6(35kg)
Lat Pull downs: 3x10 (120lbs, 100lbs)
DB Shrugs: 1x12(55lbs DBs), 1x10(60lbs DBs), 3x8(65lbs DBs)
SLDL 3x8 (65lbs DBs)(see previous post for reason for this exercise) I dropped the DB on the left side on the last set... just couldn't hold it because of (see above) Couldn't make a fist nor make my fingers straight hope it'll be good by next workout.

When I do 3x6 I want to go as heavy as I'm happy and comfortable with, I'm unhappy if it's too light; uncomfortable if too heavy(want to maintain form and survive through the workout). You can also see in previous posts the weights I've been using.

I should update my diet and will do now. I go to bed at 1:30 am and wake up at 10:30 am. Reason? More convenient. I eat my last meal at about 1:00am-1:15am.

thanks for stopping by
